I ordered on line, some Oticon GripTip Hearing Aid Domes on 2nd July 2024. I received acknowledgement of my order by email the same day, which stated: Quote "Hi Bill, we're getting your order ready to be shipped." and "Shipping method :Next Day delivery by 1pm".. for which I paid an extra £9.99 shipping charge. However, The items did not arrive by 1pm on 3rd July. I phoned Hearing Direct at 2.20pm to report non delivery and asked why I had not received the items. I was informed that the items were out of stock ! How could they state that they were getting my order ready to be shipped, to arrive by 1pm on 3rd July, if the items were out of stock?
I asked for and received a full refund. I was considering buying an Oticon Intent 1 for my wife from this company, but after my experience today, I will never buy anything from this company.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. First, I placed my order way back on February 22nd and was charged $4.49 for shipping (order #210121934). After 3 weeks I contacted customer service and was told it could take a month to get my order. After 5-6 weeks still no order so I contacted customer service again. They said that they would resend (2nd time). 5-6 weeks later I had not received the order and contacted customer service again and they said they'd resend again (3rd time). Finally, on June 6th it showed up. However, it was mailed postage due so I had to pay the post office $3.82 for postage. In the USA we call this fraud! I think the Better Business Bureau and FTC would like to hear about how you conduct business.

Always great service. Was told my auto reorder did not ship product was out of stock. But when product was available it shipped and was delivered promptly.

I purchased the Phonak hunting earphones, and suddenly after a couple of days, you decided it was out of stock.
And so I had to ask for a refund, very disappointing
