My first prescription
My consultation with the doctor was excellent. However on collecting my first prescription from the local pharmacy I was handed it without any instructions whatsoever.

My GP were on leave and I needed prescription , get registered , answered few questions and get call from doctor who sent prescription to my pharmacy. Recommending. Will use again if will need it. Good service .

sorry to hear that you didn’t find your consultation helpful. When it comes to prescribing weight loss medication, we are required to follow strict national clinical guidelines. These include minimum criteria such as a specific BMI range, and for patient safety, those who fall below this threshold are not eligible for injectable medications.
Our weight management doctors are committed to supporting patients in every way possible. This includes exploring alternative medication options (where clinically appropriate), as well as providing guidance on lifestyle changes, dietary support, education, and other strategies to help with weight loss.
Our Medical Director is reviewing your case and will be in touch to discuss your experience.
