the driver was very helpful top-tier experience

Was a horrible experience. The quote was provided and agreed on. The dates provided might as well not have even been on the contract. The contract should say we hope we can pick up your bike and deliver it in the next 6 months. Haul bikes was given a months notice of the available pick up date. They said it would be picked up in a 3 day window. They were 10 plus days late on pick up. And as far as delivery it was suppose to be April 20th. Here we are May 26th. And they gave me 1 day notice that is would be delivered to the dealer on a Holliday weekend when the dealer is closed on a Sunday and Monday. Great JOB....NOT. I'm on vacation and didn't even get to inspect the bike for damage because they delivered it so far after the original date I wasn't able to be around to receive the delivery.

2+ months to get my bike picked up and delivered. Communication was poor, pick up date was later than promised, delivery date was a month over expected delivery date. Paid a premium to get my bike here as a buyer was lined up. This bike sat at a holding station for a month with no communication until I asked what was going on and she couldn’t tell me why it’s been there sitting for that long. Then, and only then I was told it would be getting transferred to Las Vegas for transport, Money lost, time lost, and the company doesn’t care. No compensation, no answer to any questions, nothing. Andy even told me after all that she would let me know when the bike would leave Las Vegas and when to expect it. Did she? No, the driver did when he was loading the bike up to be transported.

The only good thing was the transport delivery driver named David Patrone. Kept me updated, let me know if anything changed. Unloaded the bike and was professional as can be. Gave me a fist bump and he was in his way. He was the only positive thing that came of this whole ordeal.

Signed contract to pick up bike April 10th, 2026. Took 18 days to pick up bike. Didn't drop off until may 26th. Went to pick up and battery was dead. They never put it in transport mode. Not happy with the experience.

I dropped off my bike on 3/25/26 at the warehouse in Ocala. Bike didnt depart until 5/7/26. It arrived 5/14/26. I received no communication and no explanation why it took so long. I see others talk about drivers name and talking to them. I was in the dark. I was not happy about the time frame or communication. I am hesitant about referral or using again. Probably won't.

The entire process was very pleasant and it took the stress out of shipping 2 bikes from AZ to IL. Dotty in the office to the pick-up and delivery drivers were very knowledgeable and thorough. The delivery driver heard an exhaust leak sound and pointed out a loose bolt on the exhaust of one of the bikes. The price was very affordable. I have told friends about the great experience I have had with HaulBikes.com.

I am in Colorado and I scheduled a delivery from Virginia. I hired Haul Bikes to do the shipment for me. I paid and was told it would take 3 weeks. I didn’t get the bike until 7 weeks and 2 days later. The driver and the woman that took the order were nice (hence I gave them 2 stars), but I am extremely disappointed in the overall Haul Bikes service and customer support. I called four times after the three week specified time to receive updates. In every call they stated “they didn’t know” and gave me a potential, but incorrect timeframe to expect it. They also stated I would receive a call back after every call with an update, but I never received any calls back. I am very patient and this tested it with the lack of regard they offered.

In hindsight they offered a decent price point and they are considered to be a “reputable” company, but I wished I went with a different transport. I would have been happy with a rebate or a call back since they were so off on the scheduled delivery date and customer service, but was never offered anything even an apology.

My new / old bike was delivered in perfect condition at the arranged time / date.

It took 4 weeks and 5 days for it to be moved from a Chicago suburb dealership to be delivered in St. Petersburg, FL! The delivery date kept getting pushed further out too. I never expected it to take that long. Of course, when it was delivered, I was out of town on business and had to have a friend meet the truck. In addition, the truck could. It or would not go into a street that has been easily traveled by moving trucks and tractor trailers delivering construction materials. I don’t get it.

My rep Imonee was amazing and fun! The bike arrived a week before I did. Dealer reported no issues. When I picked it up, it was as good as when it was picked up. Reasonable pricing and good communication. Would definitely use them again!

The scooter arrived in great condition and the driver was a big help. I would have given a 5 star had it not taken 5 weeks.

The delivery time was terrible

It took near 2 months for my motorcycle to arrive. There were no complications what so ever. I had to make the effort to call to get status of where about my motorcycle.
