The shop was quiet when I made my initial purchase. Super busy when I returned later to upgrade the item.
Both times, your staff were super friendly and very efficient.
The Scandinavian guy at the LoveHub(?) desk, in particular. Very helpful.
A pleasant exchange all 'round.

The professionalism and helpfullness and courtesy of the delivery driver was excellent. Texting their approximate time of delivery. Extremely helpful.

I would suggest you change your advertisement on your website regarding you're click and collect service,it is misleading.
It says you will keep giving updates about the order from start to finish,I never got any until 17:45 that my order is ready for collection,15mins before you close.I ordered 12:00,did not get any update,I rang and spoke to one of your staff,not really helpful as I was only answered,"I am with a customer,you will get an update"...

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a tablet  purchase at your Fonthill store on March 3rd, 2025, and the subsequent poor customer service I experienced today. On May 13th 2026, I purchased a Samsung S10 Ultra tablet as a gift for my daughter, who has autism. This was an extremely expensive tablet. The sales representative, Jayant, advised me to purchase additional insurance coverage for €200. I explicitly asked him multiple times to clarify the terms, as this tablet is a vital tool for my daughter's daily needs. Jayant stated that after the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty, this €200 policy would provide full coverage for any accidental damage or theft over a 2-year period. Relying on his assurances, I paid the €200.Unfortunately, my daughter recently dropped the tablet, resulting in a broken screen. When I returned to the Fonthill store today to arrange the repair under the insurance policy, I spoke with the store manager, Paul McDonald.

Mr. McDonald’s handling of the situation was entirely unprofessional. He spoke over me, refused to listen to the facts of my situation, and completely dismissed my concerns. Instead of addressing the misleading information provided by his sales staff at the point of purchase, he offered no assistance or resolution. I was left feeling deeply let down by your staff's conduct.I was sold a policy under false pretenses, and my daughter is now without her primary means of expression, communication and routine, which is causing her immense distress.I expect Harvey Norman to review this case, honor the terms guaranteed to me at the point of sale, and arrange a swift repair or replacement of the tablet. I also expect the customer service approach of the Fonthill management team to be addressed.I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Unfortunately the first tv I received had a smashed screen. Guys in Fonthill did a excellent job. They've replaced the TV...no question asked.

Great service,very prompt with collection of my order

Gareth was our sales person. He understood our needs and gave us the perfect kitchen dining table that we needed. He also advised us on the delivery and fitting of the dining table. He also made us aware of the upcoming offers which saved us some bobs. He was very patient with us. Also, the delivery was spot on. As the table was heavy, delivery person actually helped us deliver it indoors rather than leaving it outside. Genuinely loved the service throughout. Delivery was timely. It was rather as per our preference and availability.

I love the displays and the range of products on offer. I needed new kitchen appliances and the salesperson Jesmin in Fonthill was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to show the different items I requested and was very knowledgeable regarding the products. I always find Harvey Norman a nice shopping experience.

I had a great experience with this delivery service. The order arrived right on time, and everything was handled with care. The driver was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. We came into Harvey Norman to buy a new frying pan. Although it turns out they did not sell frying pans while we were having a quick glance at pillows( no intention of buying) a lovely man called Oskar tempted us to try out the new “bamboo” pillows. He even brought us down to a comfy mattress to lie down and try it properly!! He was so kind funny and convincing of these pillows we ended up buying 4!!! And at a great value. I had a great experience in the store , thanks to two members of the staff James from Fonthill and Laura from Naas who were exceptionally helpful and professional. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, approachable, and genuinely willing to assist.
They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered clear and knowledgeable advice, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made a lasting impression.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated and customer-focused service, and I truly appreciate their effort. They are a great asset to the store, and I would gladly return because of the excellent service they provided.
