Very helpful delivery people! Made sure the washer dryer was working before they left. Installation fees should be mentioned at purchase though.

Aware the contractors installing the fridge are third party so maybe not entirely Powercity's fault so leaving an extra star. Two men arrive tell us some rubbish that the intgerated fridge freezer will not fit in the cabinet due to hinges and we should demand the kitchen installers to fix and they wont come back to install for just 70 and it would be dearer. We asked the site foreman and he said no way THEY ARE STANDARD HINGES USED IN ALL KITCHEN CABINETS. So now with a integrated fridge freezer now sitting on my kitchen floor I had to call up my 60+ year old father who simply slotted it into the slot. Pure laziness from the two lads. Disgraceful. Kitchen wall also badly marked from where they wheeled in the washing machine

I had to contact customer service online about delivery times. They responded within minutes to my query (Geraldine) and facilitated what I asked. The delivery people called me on arrival and I was able to meet them at the door. Only spoke to one of the team and he was very pleasant and helpful.

The delivery guy was a pleasure to deal with so accommodating with regards to getting the machine in reminding us to take out the bolts and advised we could bring the packaging back to yourselves if we wanted too we gave the lads a mineral each to keep them going for a while

The installers were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Delivery was on time !

Prompt, pleasant and professional. The delivery guys arrived when they said they would, were pleasant to work with, and took the packaging materials of my new dishwasher away (as well as the old dishwasher). It all happened in about 10 minutes. I ordered the dishwasher online two days earlier. Took me about 15 minutes to install the dishwasher myself. Not sure how it could have been improved.

Really poor. Spoke to Fergal who sold me a unit with the wrong dimensions despite being provided with the correct information and assuring me it would fit. No proper resolution to it either. Do not recommended
