I had a chat about the truck and drove up to see it from Chester. It hadn’t been prepped for sale (this had been explained before I set off). Absolutely no pressure at all from the sales team. A deal was done. I got the train back to Hartlepool to pick it up yesterday and was met at the station👍. Truck was prepped, tested.

After searching for nearly 6 months I found this immaculate 2017 BMW 435d Xdrive at Hartlepool Motor Company Ltd via Autotrader.

Having been put off but the usual BMW main dealer pressure selling and some questionable trader and private seller experiences I was sceptical at first but, after speaking to Van and Dan at HMC I was pleasantly surprised and confident enough to make the 130 mile trip north for a viewing.

The car was exactly as described despite not being fully prepared for sale. The condition of the car sold itself to me with no pressure selling or jiggery-pokery!

So, despite having to travel up from Derbyshire to view and collect the car I was very happy with my purchase and experience at HMC.
