The product was received in good condition and we are pleased with it. The issues were regarding delivery. We waited just over a month for it to arrive despite this company offering fast delivery. Also, there was no communication or explanation about the delayed delivery until we contacted them. It is fine now, but the delay was not as expected and not our experience with other similar suppliers.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren’t rushed when trying to decide between different options. Prices seemed good and delivery driver was also very helpful.

Very happy with my Red Robins. We were concerned to start with because Royal Mail took more than 7 days to deliver and thought the plants would be in poor condition when they got here. To our surprise, it was very well packed, the plants all looked very healthy. Sizes and heights of plants were very good too. Communication about their processing time etc. were clear and helpful. Definitely recommend this company. It was our first purchasing from them and will continue to buy from them again.

Hugo delivered outstanding customer service but from start to finish and most importantly the Portuguese Laurel Pleach trees that were delivered were of exceptional quality with excellent coverage and great girth.
Would highly recommend.

Henry was outstanding in his knowledge & helpfulness in guiding us to the right screening plants. He delivered the very tall & heavy shrubs speedily, & negotiated through our garage the rootball plants to our back garden beyond. Three holes had already been dug in readiness for the shrubs, but Henry kindly lifted them into the holes & filled in carefully behind with soil. He was a star & deserves recognition. We will be back & thoroughly recommend Harrod outdoors.

I recently purchased yew lollipop trees and have been a repeat customer for some time the trees, shrubs , are always great quality and the team at Harrods are a pleasure to work with.

Great quality plants - large privet shrub. Arrived in excellent condition. Due to a shipping delay they even sent an extra plant! I would definitely use this company again.

A GREAT UNUSUALL PRODUCT......I'M VERY PLEASED AND AWAITING THE FLOWERS......

I arrived at the yard, spoke to Hugo, gave him an off cut from our existing hedge, he immediately took me through to some laid out pots etc, we matched up with the off cut ,he quoted for the quantity required, which was ideal. By the time I had got home, quote had arrived by email, I agreed etc, within a week the 18 hedge plants were delivered. All absolutely perfect, plus they are all extremely healthy & match the rest of the hedge. Very many thanks. Regards Mark.

I was not aware that the trees I selected which were all indigenous to the UK i.e. Scots Pine, English Oak and Beech trees were not grown by Harrod in the UK but imported from Holland...Spain and Italy....which is madness to me. If I had been aware that the trees were all imported I would never have purchased them. In addition the trees were ordered on 3rd Feb for delivery within a couple of weeks and today it is the 20th Feb and after a number of delays apparently I shall be receiving the trees tomorrow i.e. 21st February which is almost three weeks from the order date. That is IF I receive them at all! Finally I belatedly discovered that the Pine trees were around twice to three times the price of similar aged and sized pines from elsewhere which of course was most annoying to discover...i.e. I have over paid for the trees only to receive what I consider to be a very late delivery - they say not - and for indigenous trees grown abroad! Not happy at all.

Wow amazing experience I spoke with Hugo on the phone who guided me to making the correct choice of two spiral Yew trees and went the extra mile of arranging me discount the Yew Trees arrived safely and wow they are stunning thank you Hugo
