Had a lovely interaction with the sales team who helped me pick my plants, they were the cheapest, but the good customer service made the extra money worth while, unfortunately from the moment the order was placed It went down hill, lack of responses, incorrect heights sent, had to repeatedly chase, in the end had to give up trying to resolve it as I couldn’t get responses, I wouldn’t trust them to buy from them again. They knew they didn’t have the correct height trees for sale but still kept them up on the site, so even people today are being short changed if they don’t notice.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Peter was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled very efficiently.

It’s rare to come across such a high level of customer care, and it really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend them and would happily order again in the future.

I recently ordered several yew trees online and I’m delighted with the whole experience. The team was extremely helpful on the phone, patiently answering all my questions and giving me confidence in my purchase. Delivery was very quick, and the trees arrived in great condition. They appear healthy and well cared for, although it’s still early days. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and service and I am excited to see them grow.

Whilst delivered on Time and a healthy specimen the plant was tall but not very bushy so will take a lot of time to fill out which is disappointing as we paid for a larger one to fill a gap rather than necessarily get height.

All good. Delivered on time. Plants in good condition and as viewed on site. However, The Photinia plants are covered in black spot which I’m currently treating. Having spent nearly £3k on these plants - I wasn’t really expecting that as at a nursery plants with black spot get reduced. These were new borders for planting and ground prepped.

Ordering was straight forward.
Delivery was explained.
Packaging was robust.
Details of planting and care afterwards were very useful.

Very pleased with my Chusan Palm. Exactly as described on website, perfect size. Have managed to repot into a large tree tub and placed it where I wanted and looks great.
Delivery was well managed and on time.

All the plants arrived in good condition and are all planted out looking forward to a lovely hedge.

Lovely healthy plant, delivered undamaged

Not the cheapest company but very helpful staff and good customer service. I ordered several mature shrubs: 1x 2.5m Viburnum Tinus 'Eve Price' and 2x large Syringa. Happy with how the shrubs arrived and how they look. The Viburnum is marked as simply 'Viburnum Tinus' with no mention of 'Eve Price' on the label but I'm happy with the shrub so didn't bother to question it. One of the Syringa branches had broken off but it still looks healthy and full so again I didn't raise it as these things can happen in transit. Shrubs are already in position and the Viburnum intparticular is being enjoyed by the birds (we ripped out a large rhododendron to replace it with the more wildlife friendly viburnum). More importantly the wife loves them as she wasn't best pleased initially when I told her how much I'd spent on them! 😅

Great communication and happy to offer advice when choosing plants. Delivery was smooth (aside from some missed items which were rapidly corrected and sent out), and I was really pleased with the quality of the trees themselves. Nice to have follow up emails with watering advice etc, too.
