Excellent customer service (thank you Sam!). Helped source me a replacement part for my tap that had broken (after 5 years of use). Can't believe how quickly Sam helped me find the part and send it out free of charge. Super impressive.

I had a 10 year old shower bar in need of spare parts and repair. Callum and Emma replied to my enquiry so quickly, gathered the information they needed and found the part for me straightaway. They were so helpful, honestly the best customer service possible!

My shower handles needed replacing and Harrison Bathrooms acted immediately to replace like for like despite the handles being of an older model.
Super efficient with regular communication.

I have been in touch with Harrison’s a few times over the last couple of years to do with spares for a shower we bought. The first time I got good support initially from Jess and the issue resolved by Jasmine. Most recently Sam gave good service by supplying information to help look at options before our plumber visits. Overall a nice responsive company to deal with.

I bought a bath shower screen two and a half years ago and recently approached Harrison Bathrooms for a replacement seal. After demanding proof of purchase they then stated that they no longer held spares for my screen! Discontinuing spares after less than three years is indefensible.

whenever i have dealings with harrisons and it is usually an emergency (bits stopped working as they should). they always manage to sort it out. this is for older fitted equipment. many companies would say you need to buy new stuff. today they sorted hrough previous stuff id bought in past to confirm i had right parts for repairing shower. (sam) got back to me within the hour to solve the issue. they all seem to go the extra mile as standard. brilliant crew.

She took the time to understand my issue and gave me some solutions before advising she would get a member of the technical team that would call me back. Both the service I received from Emma and the technical advisor whose name I have forgotten unfortunately was exceptional. genuinely pleased as my issue was resolved over the phone. The delivery was missing a few items, however when I rang customer services, Callum was very helpful and solved the issue immediately. He also kept me updated by email.

Every time we’ve had the displeasure of dealing with this company, there have been errors and absolutely no liability accepted on their end.

They recently supplied a product incorrectly — labelled as bronze, supplied in brass. The fitter didn’t know it was meant to be bronze, fitted it, and only then the customer realised the error. They then claimed that because it had been fitted, we had accepted it. What on earth is that logic? You supplied the wrong item — accept it and fix it.

We then had to foot the bill for a replacement profile and support arm.

You couldn’t pay me to supply this company ever again, and I’d encourage everyone to avoid them like the plague going forward.
