The fabrics on the dress and shoes I ordered were poor quality and the blouse had a strange shape. This company is not as it appears. They are from China and make you jump through crazy hoops to return items. They will email back and forth with you trying to get you to keep the items all while saying you have 14 days to get them in the mail to China.

To process this, you will need to return the order to our facility in China. Please follow the instructions below to initiate the return process:
Print out and fill in the return form (see the attachment to the email).
Package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit. Don’t forget to include the return form.
Ship the package to the address in the return form using a trackable shipping service. The tracking service must cover the entire journey to our warehouse in China. This is important, as it allows us to verify that the package arrives at our warehouse.
Once you have shipped the item, please provide us with the tracking information and a picture of the shipping label. This will help us track the return and process your refund more efficiently.
Before proceeding with a return, it helps to be aware of some common challenges when sending packages back to China. International returns can sometimes involve additional customs fees, duties, or inspections, which the sender (you) may need to pay and can be quite costly. In some cases, parcels may also be delayed, held, or returned if not shipped under the correct terms, which can prevent the item from reaching the warehouse and delay any refund. Because of these uncertainties, the 30% refund option may be worth considering. It avoids extra costs, removes the risk of customs issues, and provides a quicker and more certain resolution.

IMPORTANT: The return shipment must be sent within 14 days from today. If the shipment is sent after this period and arrives at our warehouse, we will not be able to process your return.

Please also note that if we cannot track the package, we will not be able to confirm its delivery to our warehouse, which means we cannot process your refund. Additionally, all packages must be sent as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); otherwise, they may get stuck at customs. If any additional customs fees are incurred, these will be deducted from your final refund.

The Loafer did not meet my expectations though, they did offer comfort, but did not offer control. They feel sloppy and I ordered a half size smaller. It is my personal opinion these shoes do not qualify as "Orthopedic."
I have reached out numerous times to get return instructions thru the satisfaction email sent to me with a dissatisfied response and still no instuctions.
The shoe quality is poor and the service is as well.

Unsatisfied with original item ordered (didn’t look anything like the product photo) so had to pay another $12 for a replacement outfit. They sent wrong size. Now they want me to return item to China (with absurd shipping costs) or get a replacement for 30% of original item for their mistake. Absolutely not. Total ripoff.

I ordered the SARA | CASUAL ORTHOPAEDIC SANDALS - the metal bracket that holds the strap on the shoe broke after only two weeks of wearing. The company will not replace or refund the $42.46 I spent as the shoes have been "worn". Isn't that what shoes are designed for, to wear?

Ordered a pair of their shoes in a size 11, received a size 9 and 1/2. When I contacted them to exchange or return they informed me I would keep the shoes, pay another $10 and they would send me the right size. So even though this is no mistake on my part, I now have a pair of shoes I can't wear, and I'm paying another $10 to get the right pair of shoes. When they shipped the new pair of shoes, they were even smaller! When I contacted them, I was informed that I had exhausted all of my return exchange options! I have now spent over $50, and I now have two pairs of shoes I cannot wear.

Love the shoes maybe better communication or clearer

Terrible experience, low quality. I’ve been trying to return some shoes, and they want me to return them to china. I don’t recomend it. Size run small.

Good communication

These shoes are not only pretty but they are super comfortable!

Sandals fit perfectly, are comfortable and stylish. They were sent with less packaging and yet arrived in perfect shape.

The sandals are very comfortable. The shipping time was quick. The only issue I noted is the sizing is on the smaller size. I ordered a 10 b/c I wear 91/2. My heel is flush with the back of the sandal. So far very pleased with product.

I was pleasantly surprised how well they and felt on my feet. The quality was as great as the comfort and fit.

I ordered a European size 39 which is normally my size, but they should have warned me that it runs small. Other companies will forewarn you to order one size up. I have to wear them without socks because it is a bit uncomfortable even without socks. Luckily, I live in a warm climate. They are adorable; otherwise. Everything cones from China these days, so you take your chances when ordering online.

The shoes are adorable and comfortable. The first pair I received were one size too small. I requested to exchange them for the next size up and they shipped to me immediately. I already have them and wearing them. They fit perfectly!
