I ordered two blouses on the 1of august, I received them the 18. They did not fit at all. I contacted them to return them and I kept trying when they finally emailed and wanted the order # and email I ordered from, I had sent it four times. I finally got a email that if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to china which could be $45. or they cod give refund of 10% of original price or a 50% off another item in their store. No where on their site did it say returns would have to go to china. It is very deceiving on their website. DONT BUY

They mis-shipped an item to me. They admit the dress was not what I ordered (after numerous emails) and they refused to refund my money. They said I could keep the dress but only get a 20% refund. I have a dress that I do not want and I am currently in dispute with this company through my credit card company. Do Not Buy From Them.

Outfit didn’t fit, pants way too large and baggy. Material was very cheap feeling.No way to exchange or return for a reasonable price.

The items were not as they appeared in the photo. Returning was difficult. Even though the company reports being in Florida, the items had to be returned to China at greater expense.
The goods were shipped from Illinois. I would have much preferred returning the dresses domestically and avoided the international cost, but I just want them out of my house.

My account was hacked shortly after the transaction. In addition to all the other negative reviews this is a real issue. BEWARE! Products are crap and site is harvesting your info

It took several weeks for the product (a dress to arrive). When it did, it was cheap, wrinkled, did not match the presentation of the article on their website. Now I find that to return the product and get a refund I have to return it to a foreign address and instead they are pushing a 75% credit to buy something else, or a 20% refund! They are suggesting that it is expensive to return the item. I would never order another item from this company. They are a sham!

Horrible, deceptive company and clothing. You pay, don’t like, they keep your money and offer a lousy 10% refund. Costs a fortune ($25-40) to return to China! And they want you fill out a form to return. Therefore making a frustrating impossible experience. They have a phony storefront on the website. Lying scammers! Don’t order a thing!!

Scam. CHINA BASED COMPANY. NOT A PALM BEACH BOUTIQUE. Return policy is a scam. After five emails, I finally received instructions for a return and the item MUST BE SENT BACK TO CHINA. IT WAS $60.00 shipping cost to return the $59 dress. I’m stuck with it. Cheap polyester poorly made. Scam. No phone number. No address. No reviews on their posts. It’s a scam.

The Wilson Family is a scam from China..Not Palm Beach! Returns are to CHINA not the US. AT YOUR EXPENSE. Total scam. No store in Palm Bch, no phone, terrible customer service....inferior goods....bottom line: no refund. This website should be shut down.

100% SCAMMER!!!!!!!! This company does not have a phone number or an actual building like they show in Palm Beach. I just received my credit card statement and there is NO phone number and says NYC. My order was sent to me from Franklin Park, IL but after several attempts to get their return process, they responded with several negotiation offers which were anything but reasonable. They finally gave me their return address in China. I have to pay overseas shipping, customs and no guarantee that I would even get a refund. I feel so stupid that I fell for this SCAM and unfortunately, I'm NOT the only one. This company or whatever they are should be criminally charged. Such pathetic people! BEWARE!!!!

Total SCAM. CHEAPLY MADE, cheap fabric. Is nothing like images. Products are from China not West Palm Beach Florida. Refund/return process is UNREASONABLE, customer required to pay international shipping fees to return item. Poor Customer service and poor responses. Total SCAM

Scam company. Received 2 dresses of very low quality. One has a black stain in the front. No tags,both see-through and not as shown in the pictures. Refunds have to be sent to China! If you place an order and cancel right away they still charge and ship it. The discounts showing at checkout are not applied once the credit card is charged so you are stuck paying the full amount. This is not a legit business. I just lost my hard earned money to these scammers but intend to fight them with my credit card company.

Just read the reviews. They are not just unhappy victims of deceptive advertising but I know i felt confident when I read 30 day no questions asked on returns. They made me feel like a fool. To return anything, you have to send it back to China. They do not pay for the return which they estimate between $20 to $45. Pass on them!!!

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Quality was horrible. Sizing was not accurate and not consistent between items. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. Items came from China and had to be returned to China at customers expense. I finally was.able to get a 70% refund and kept the items. It was cheaper than the return shipping.
Do not buy from this company!

This is a scam site. There is no such thing as"family.". If you order from them, you will receive a facsimile of the dress. I ordered a dress with button down front. What I received was a polyester silk screened button front dress that was disgusting.

This is a totally fraudulent company. They show a picture of a nice looking family, supposedly living in Palm Beach. What I received is nothing like what I ordered. It’s very cheap smock looking very cheap material, and I ordered what I thought was a nice dress to wear to church. They advertise 30 day returns with no questions asked, and I contacted them by email as soon as I received my order and saw this awful looking thing. I asked for return information and they ignored my email. I hate being taken advantage of. The so called family looked so honest. And now they won’t respond and I don’t have return information. The package has an address of Coppell, Texas, but it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive it.

Total scam. No store. No address no phone #. No Wilson family. Ugly cheap crap from china Impossible to get a refund

TEMU has better quality clothing for way cheaper. 60 bucks for a dress.

Terrible experience! I ordered from this company thinking it was an family-owned American company so I was surprised when the order arrived from China. The quality of the clothes was terrible! The dress was made 100% from mesh and was completely see-through. The shirt from the other outfit was poorly sewn causing one side to be significantly shorter than the other, revealing a large part of my stomach even with my arms down. Neither item looked anything like what was advertised. When I requested to return the items, I was offered a 10% refund and I could keep the clothes. I refused this offer and was offered a 20% refund. This continued until, on the very last day I could return the items, I was offered a 30% refund. As I wasn't able to make it to the post office before the end of the day, I decided to accept this offer and put this awful experience behind me! Caveat Emptor -- buyer beware!
