Fantastic customer service! Had a problem with my headphones and Maria and Erika handled it quickly, organized the delivery of a new pair for free and were really kind and quick. Can recommend!

Very helpful and service minded, my product broke down and Maria who supported me did everything she could to help me out, even though i had lost a lot of important information.

I received a pair of Air 1 ANC earphones as a present. When I plugged them in to charge for the first time it seemed that they did not work. I was on the Happy Plugs website, looking for troubleshooting info, and asked about the issue in the chat window. I spoke to Maria, who was amazing, I gave the details of the problem and after a little back and forth it turns out that the headphones did have a technical issue. Within 3 hours of the initial problem she informed that a replacement pair was being shipped to me. This is one of the most positive customer service experiences I have had.

I bought the happy plugs earpods from Dubai international airport terminal last month. I had trouble with the pods. When I sought for help, Ms. Maria on behalf of Happyplugs reached out with concern and empathy. Even though I reside in Mysore, India, they replaced my device in less than 15 days!!

I had an issue with my Happy Plugs Hope earphones and I was impressed how both Maria and Erika handled my request. I was able to send in pictures and information by email so they were able to review everything quickly and sent me a new pair within a day. I really appreciated their effort in resolving my issue to my satisfaction.

I purchased the air one plus wireless earbuds for my son as a Hanukkah gift. No matter what we did to connect/disconnect only one ear bud worked. I emailed customer service and they showed me how to easily reset them so both worked properly. I spoke with Maria and Erika and appreciate both of their help to rectify the issue. The sound quality is great and the customer service response time was adequate. Thanks again!

Customer service (from Maria at Happy Plugs CS team) is very helpful, prompt and polite. I understand products sometimes can’t be perfect but they did everything they could to assist. I appreciate that a lot.

My earplugs broke (one was completely non-responsive), luckily Erika from customer support helped me out and provided me with a full replacement - I am very happy with how they handled my complaint and provided support

Sorry to say, but don’t buy this product. I bought 4 pairs and have serious problems with all 4!! Two pairs of Air1 ANC and two pairs of Air1 Plus. I sent my pair (other three were for presents) for repair. It took several months and a long row of emails! Only because I was persistent I finally got a new pair - which has a battery that lasts around 5 minutes! It’s a joke.
Other pairs have problems like
a) problems to connect, needs resetting all the time
b) only right earplug is working
c) noise in one side
d) very low battery capacity (minutes)

Unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery of my order, however Maria @ Happy Plugs managed to resolve the matter and I received my order promptly. Thank you Maria for your support and assistance.

Absolutely appalling. I bought the Happy Plugs Joy but they didn’t work so after 2-weeks, customer care sent a replacement “upgrade”, the Air plugs, and they also didn’t work! I couldn’t believe it.

Two products, both faulty in different ways.

They refused to give me a refund and customer care the second time round was painful with emails going back and forth daily with no resolution at all. I’m absolutely disgusted, especially at this price point. So now I have two Happy Plugs products, both brand new, neither of which work.

I do not recommend at all! Their products are clearly faulty for various reasons and the ethics of the company are disgusting. How you can you possibly refuse to refund or replace brand new products that don’t work.

The customer service by Erika was great. I live very very far from Sweden and it was so easy to solve my problem.

I had a problem with my Happy Plugs smiley bought about one year ago.
I sent the request online and Erika help me very shortly and she was very nice to help me also with the answers at my emails.
Now I'm happy because I have new air 1.
