Fast delivery good looking fire very happy with my purchase. Easy to use electric fire. Happy with the price and discount was even better by receiving a discount code.
I've just purchased 10 square meters of self adhesive tiles. I was a bit wary as the price I paid was excellent. Far better than other suppliers. Laid them today and couldn't believe how easy it was.... Zobacz więcej

Brought an item a month ago
Brought an item a month ago, it wasn’t cheap! Never received it and haodirect has never responded to my emails. Evri have contacted me to inform me that the item was damaged in transit and that is why I have not received it, emailed haodirect again and they have still not responded to me. Going to have to raise the issue with trading standards as it’s been 28 days with not response! I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Great service and product
First off great price, have brought similar units for much higher. Secondly arrived in two days, much quicker than i anticipated. The heater itself is really good quality and was doubled packaged so arrived with no issues.
Another big point for me was the customer service, this was exceptional. Actually having an email conversation with a human being who understood my issue and went way and above of what i expected.
Honestly would highly recommend to everyone.

Faulty product, missing parts but my problem....
Order number DUX052182328 as you won't be able to find someone called yougotasmellywhat....Jokers
Bought a garden swing chair through Debenhams market place.
The product looked as though it had been sent out and returned to several people before it came to me.
Was not machined correctly so could not be assembled and had a leg missing.
H&O requested an image of the missing part ....... And a video showing the product could not be put together. They have said they have not been able to view it. It's had nearly 500 views on YouTube.....
Clearly wants to make life as difficult as possible for customers as they do not want to refund for faulty products.
In my opinion this company is a con so stay well clear. I am more than happy to go through small claims court if I need to. Which will incur legal costs. Plus I enjoy a day out at court, 'Your Honour!'
Avoid this firm at all costs!

Absolutely beautiful lights
Absolutely beautiful lights. Saw them on other website first then searched and found Haodirect. Delivery was free with discount on item for being first time customer and the parcel arrived quickly. The light was packaged very well and looks so nice I ordered a second one. Not sure who the courier was but he delivered them both to my neighbour because I wasn’t home. Fantastic service.

Cheap and cheerful garden gate
Cheap and cheerful garden gate
The information sent after ordering was brief and not obvious how to track the delivery. I contacted customer services after a few days and was given the tracking information and told that my package had not been collected from the warehouse by the carrier, which would be contacted to collect and deliver asap. The package arrived very quickly afterwards. I suspect that the carrier already had the pckage but that there was just some confusion in the system.
The item was well packaged and delivered to my door without any issues.
The item, a garden gate was cheap and construction was, lets say, economical with the wood, but having said that, was well constructed with glue and screws and with attention to appearance with small knots teated. Three hinges were included together with gate bolt and all screws. Paper information as well. Quite impressive for such a cheap item. I am going to give 2 coats of wood preservative and paint. It might look quite good

Dear Mr Anthony Nield，
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and balanced review — we really appreciate it.
We’re sorry the tracking information wasn’t clearer after ordering. That’s helpful feedback, and we’ll certainly review how this is presented to make it easier for customers to follow their delivery. We’re glad our team was able to provide the details when you contacted us and that the gate arrived shortly afterwards.
It’s great to hear that the gate was well packaged and delivered without issue, and that you were pleased with the overall construction and included fittings — especially at the price point. We aim to offer affordable options that are still well assembled and practical, so your comments about the build quality and finish are encouraging.
Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing us.

I bought an oil filled heater
I bought an oil filled heater, but it is too heavy to fit onto the stud wall. I’d like to return it but no response from customer service or even an acknowledgment of my email. Their returns policy says 30 days from delivery but how’s that any use if they don’t respond to your email or state a return address. They also encourage you to purchase further items even before you have organised a return or been refunded. Not a good company. Avoid.
They have now been in touch to allow me to return the item, but possibly that is due to this review. For this reason I will increase my review from 1 star to 2.
