Excellent customer service. Very prompt in arranging fitting date. On the morning of the fitting the fitter called prior, arrived promptly, lovely guy, was in and out very quickly but very professional. We have used Hannahs blinds twice now and would do so again!!

Really satisfied with my roller blinds. Value for money, They look great on the windows. From order to delivery was quick. I’ll be using again to replace other windows.

The blinds themselves are excellent quality, and the fitters were efficient and very pleasant. Unfortunately, this experience was significantly undermined by the sales representative who carried out the measurements. The windows were measured incorrectly, which caused a delay in fitting. In addition, I found his manner to be quite rude — he was unwilling to answer questions about the blinds and appeared eager to leave rather than provide proper customer service.

I would recommend this company as everything was fantastic until the fitting, the customer service leading up to this point was 5 star, however the team fitting the blinds were arrogant, unfriendly, and very rushed and inconsiderate in their actions, it's a shame really as they let the company down, however the blinds are all great. #couldhavebeenfivestars

Arrived on time, friendly and professional service, courtesy calls to confirm dates. Fast and efficient service. Great quality blinds at very competitive price. Would definitely recommend 👍.

I have had all my blinds fitted from Hannah’s Blinds and was very happy with them.

One blind supplied incorrectly sized and a replacement took 2 weeks in part due to Christmas. Fitters put up and were going to leave a blind with one rail fixing screw missing so the rail was insecure and several rails were butted up against plaster at one end so the slats would not turn. Simple fix when pointed out but why fit them like this initially? when the job was finallh all sorted we are happy and it was done for a great price.
