The blinds are great as are the fitters!! - its just a shame about the office staff unfortunately.

We have had all of the blinds in our house done by them and are happy with the produxt. However the office staff and thier service are unprofessional particularly when calling to book for quote or installation and on occasion have been rude.

On one phone call they called me and continued on a conversation between themselves in the office for quite a while whilst I repeatedly said hello after answering the call. They finally responded to me (apparently i had to wait on the line for them to finish gossiping) and appeared as though the whole call was an inconvenience to have to talk to a customer to confirm installation date - despite them calling me!
In particular Jackie is rude and has a unprofessional manner and poor customers service skillset.

Super easy to get a free measure up consult, and a quick and simple fitting experience! Happily recommend :)

From the phone service from the guy coming out to measure and fit extremely professional and fast my blinds was up in the matter of five minutes excellent service will be using them and I do recommend them to everybody I know

Driving down Dunningsbridge Road on the afternoon of 12.06.26 with my 81 year old mum after laying flowers on my Dads grave, we had a terrifying experience of by Hannah’s Blinds van DL74 NSK tailgating us by inches in a 30mph segment. Instead of moving into the right lane, he preferred to intimidate two women and offered us obscene hand gestures when he eventually moved lanes and sped off. Would absolutely not want this man anywhere near vulnerable women never mind inside their homes. Disgusting and vile.

If I could have given zero stars I would, I recieved the wrong colour blinds due to the sample I picked from was old and faded, I made the representative aware I had restricted vision, I showed him a picture of the colour I wanted (lemon) he said they didn’t have lemon but showed me a sample called Apple, it was yellow, I asked him why the sample said Apple and he told me it was yellow Apple, just like you can buy yellow apples from a shop, when they arrived the blinds were lime green, I contacted their store in Walton vale Liverpool regarding this matter, the staff were very rude, I stated via telephone conversation aswell as email that I wasn’t after a refund, I wasn’t offered an alternative for example a different coloured material possibly (white as that is a neutral colour) the staff were dismissive of my health conditions (stroke) which is the reason for my impaired vision, I explained I had chosen the colour I did on the word of there representative and I had trusted his word with regards to the sample colour, again they dismissed what I said and were very rude to me, they then sent me by email a picture of a brand new colour sample apple which was very green and said that was the colour I ordered, it quiet obviously was not the same faded yellow sample I had been shown at home, I payed £110 in cash, they started ignoring my emails completely, 7 days (1 week) later I had to re buy more brand new blinds from a different company, I was tricked into believing the original sample I chose from was yellow apple by the salesman, they took £110 cash off me under false pretences then ignored me after me trying to solve the situation, I am a vulnerable adult and they extorted me, this was financial abuse

Quality blinds, fitted really quickly and couldn't fault any of the staff

Would give 0 stars if possible. On the day the blind was due to be fitted got a call to say it had gone on the wrong van over the water. Rearranged and could still only be given a time slot 8.00am to 6.oopm Blind fitted was too small. Fitter didn't let on and hung one bracket on an angle about half an inch from the wall. Could also see the back which is white as well as the chosen colour. Was asked to send various pictures by email and told someone would ring. They didn't ring. After chasing them several times they insisted it was normal to see the back of the blind as well as the front. Sent a fitter who measured again and said it should have been reverse hung and a replacement blind would be with me in 3 days. 2 weeks later got in touch with them again and they had lost the new measurements. Finally got an apology but had to wait in 8.00am until 6.00pm again for another fitter to measure again. Blind due to be fitted today 8.00am till 6.00pm its 6.06pm and no sign of them. Will be returning the original blind to the office as its quicker than waiting in again 8.00am till 6.00am and asking for a full refund. So if you want to wait in on 5 separate occasions and still not have a blind that fits correctly I recommend this company

I couldn't fault Hannah's Blinds with my latest purchases, from initial contact to measuring, final delivery, and fitting. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, and the finished result was very impressive. Most definitely recommended.
