Poor quality products. The colour and quality of towel towel…
The colour and quality of towel towel delivered os different from what is is on the website. It is also different from what was delivered in a previous order. I am angry that I got no response when I sent an email asking for a return label/package. Instead, I get advertising emails at least every six hours from this company. It is disgusting.

I got the 500 thread count Egyptian cotton duvet set and I’m so impressed! Sleeping in these sheets is a dream, it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in such a long time. The quality is excellent and it makes my bedroom feel very hotel like.

Beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding, really luxurious quality
I recently received bedding from Hampton & Astley and I’m really impressed with the quality. The Egyptian cotton feels incredibly soft and smooth, and the sateen finish gives it a beautiful, luxurious feel.
The white set has made our bedroom feel fresh while still looking cosy when styled with warmer layers. The fabric feels breathable and very well made, and the luxury duvet cover feels like something you’d expect from high-end bedding.
If you’re looking for the best bedding with a soft, luxurious feel, I’d definitely recommend Hampton & Astley.

Gorgeous bath towels. I am so happy with them. They look so “luxury” in my bathroom. They are 100% Egyptian cotton which makes them really soft and absorbent. I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful luxury bedding
Really great service, fast and efficient & very friendly staff.
The luxury bedding is super soft & so comfortable the quality is great, it definitely lives up to the name. I also love that the fitted bottom sheet covers the mattress without lifting. It washes really nicely and brings that luxury feel to our bedroom.

Good fabric and item, delivery time not so good
The fabric of the sheet was and always is of good quality. The reason I pay so much for the sheet is that it is the only make where the fitted sheet doesn’t come off during use. It’s an example other companies should follow.
However, I would have given 5stars if I had received it more quickly (as advertised)) or been told there was a delay. Neither happened, delivery was well over a month.

Summarise by the manner of delivery
Delivery driver just threw the parcel over my fence in spite of a notice saying please use other door. Quite disappointed with the towels which I find to be expensive for what they are. They are thin and not especially good at absorbing water Regret not ordering from John Lewis who I used previously

Luxury Bedding
I recently purchased bedding from Hampton & Astley, and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my sleep. From the moment I opened the packaging, everything felt incredibly luxurious and well-made. The fabric is exceptionally soft, breathable, and clearly high quality — it feels like something you’d expect from a five-star hotel.
What really stood out to me is how comfortable it is night after night. The temperature regulation is perfect — not too warm, not too cool — and it stays fresh and smooth even after washing. You can tell a lot of care has gone into both the materials and the design.
Delivery was quick, and the presentation was beautiful, which made the whole experience feel premium from start to finish.
If you’re thinking about upgrading your bedding, I would absolutely recommend Hampton & Astley. It’s an investment in better sleep, and for me, it’s been worth every penny.

A great website for browsing quality products. I purchased a towel bundle on offer. The parcel arrived the next day. I contacted customer services by email to say thank you and received a lovely email by return from Jasmin M with comprehensive instructions for looking after my new towels. Still waiting for the weather to get better to wash them and hang them outside to dry before use. Can't wait - they look and feel amazing. A professional company that really cares about its products and its customers.
