I'm not entirely sure why the boxes arrived both bound with plastic packaging strips and selotaped - it made it extremely difficult to open and it would put me off ordering from you again I'm afraid

Good clean salt
This is the first time I used this company for water softener salt. Salt arrived a couple of days later in a cardboard box containing a standard plastic bag of salt. No punctured bags and easy to handle on a trolley.
As a test, dissolved a salt pellet in a cup of water, no sediment or colour so don’t expect softener problems.
Fully recommend this salt supplier.

I have used 2 or 3 packs of halite salt….
I have used 2 or 3 packs of halite salt in my water softener. The salt water in my softeners brine tank as turned brown and looks like oxtail soup. The softener no longer works and the cost of a service visit from the water softener suppliers to repair the softener is a multiple of the saving made in using halite salt. I should have stuck with the salt recommended by the water softener suppliers ,

The second time around
This is the second time that I have ordered from them as they offered the best price although a bit higher in price this time. Delivery was quick like before. I would recommend them to all who need to purchase salt for their water softeners without hesitation.
