Really happy with the boiler installation from BeSure Group. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the engineer explained everything properly. Would definitely recommend in Liverpool.

Offered to bleed all my radiators, which no one from this company had ever done before. Also showed me how to pressurise the boiler. Yes I would deffo recommend Patrick and hope they send him next year to do my annual boiler service. Thank you Patrick. 👍

I am writing this as an urgent appeal for a response. I have been left with NO HOT WATER despite being under a paid warranty with BeSure Group.
I have a child at home and we currently have no sanitary washing facilities, which is a significant welfare and hygiene concern. Despite reporting the specific symptoms of a diverter valve failure, the engineer you dispatched today arrived with NO PARTS. He confirmed the diagnosis but left without fixing it, stating that BeSure had failed to pass any technical information to him from my initial report.
Your emergency line (0800 0086 999) is cutting out, and my emails and web requests are being ignored. I have paid for a service that is not being provided.
I require an immediate call back and a confirmed 'Return to Fit' appointment with the necessary parts. This needs to be prioritized as an emergency due to the child in the household.

An absolute disaster and 2 years on still having issues. The installer was not qualified and we still have issues with the thermostat temperature control and control panel. Disgraceful customer service and after sales care . 😪

Patrick turned up at 9.20 am. Was very professional & took time to carry out a thorough service as required. Checked the meter, thermostat completed the asked service manual accordingly. Cleaned up and confirmed everything was in order. I’m very happy with his work.

Annual Boiler service , really good communication before hand the engineer Patrick gave me a call the day before to give me an estimated time which is ideal especially when your working and can make arrangements, Louise in the office also called to remind me of the appointment which again really appreciated. I would highly recommend BeSure to anyone needing a new boiler installation. From the initial enquiry to the installation day everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The engineers were polite, punctual and clearly very experienced. They took pride in their work and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. The price was also very competitive compared to other companies we contacted. Overall a fantastic experience

After nearly 20 days without heating or hot water, my boiler has finally been fixed by Worcester Bosch. However, during my call with their head office today, I discovered some very concerning information.
It appears my boiler is still incorrectly registered on Worcester Bosch’s system as a government grant boiler, meaning it only shows a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. This is incorrect, as I paid the full price for the boiler and did not receive any government grant. Because of this error, Worcester Bosch would not come out directly, which is why I was left waiting almost three weeks without heating or hot water while relying on BeSure to resolve it.
This is not the first time this issue has come up. Around a year ago I was told the same thing and, after weeks of back and forth, it was admitted to be a clerical error where government grant stock had been installed at my property by mistake. I was assured this would be rectified, but clearly it has not been.
If the boiler had been registered correctly from the start, Worcester Bosch would have attended immediately and repaired it free of charge, avoiding nearly three weeks of disruption for my family.
I expect this to be fully investigated and corrected, and for my boiler to be properly registered so the correct 5–10 year manufacturer’s warranty is in place going forward
