Recently I have tested the mettle (AND the patience) of just about everyone at Halcyon Days from its customer service (Jacqueline was an absolute PRINCESS), its factory (that STILL delivers top notch products), its bespoke division (Jamie TRULY had the patience of Job as he dealt with my order) and the management at the VERY TOP that keeps all of the pieces of this traditional, well-oiled machine working together BRILLIANTLY -- EVEN in modern times! This is the way "things ought to be"... but in most instances -- usually aren't anymore. It is reassuring that not everyone has succumbed to the intense pressure of profit motive. WELL DONE to those "titans of quality" like Halcyon Days, that have stood the test of time by STANDING THEIR GROUND! Everyone there, please take a WELL deserved bow !!!

I had a very important order at quite short notice. I spoke to Jacqueline who was very reassuring, checked stock and e-mailed me the next day to confirm that my order had been completed and was on its way. As well as being friendly, Jacqueline was most helpful and efficient - parcel arrived in plenty of time and was delightful great customer service.

I ordered an antique Halcyon music box from a dealer. I received the box in pieces. The dealer would accept a return but would not give a refund. I reached out to Halcyon for help and a very kind person (NOT A ROBOT) named Jacqueline from Customer Service helped me. With her help I got the box to the Halcyon repair department who put the box back together again. It looks like new and it plays perfectly.

I bought a beautiful commorative item from Halcyon Days which I wanted my son to give his Thai hosts as a thank you for having him to stay. I was concerned it would not arrive in time for his departure so called customer services who could not have been more helpful. They organised an immediate fast despatch and the item arrived in plenty of time. I think it will be the perfect gift. Beautifully made, british craftsmanship in a print particular to the UK. I am delighted

It is absolutely a pleasure to enjoy tea with a nicely designed and well made teaset. I have been quite happy with Halcyon Days’ teaset design - one with a rather balanced and elegant combination of shape, pattern, capacity and weight balance.

The customer service team has also been very professional and helpful. Glad that I could have had my concerns all well resolved, and I can really feel their commitment to quality and standing by their products, which is quite excellent.

I just got this scarf Tug Rice "Life Guards on Parade" - Silk Scarf, and it is stunningly gorgeous and arrived fast so I could wear it for spring. The colors look exactly as they do on the website, and when I wear the scarf people tell me they like it ("I really like your scarf!"). And I look good because I have a fair complexion and the colors flatter it. I would also note the quality of the packaging, which is important to me because the mails where I live can bash things about. A bucket of water could have fallen on the packaging, and my scarf would have been fine.

I am very familiar with Halcyon Days having purchased from them for a number of years. I chose them to provide bespoke items for my son and my wife. I could not have been happier with the customer service or the items themselves. I was given the most suitable options for my preference and was kept fully up to date with progress.

Are these AI generated reviews?? Because this company’s RUBBISH. Truly appalling customer service. No response to emails, despite emailing multiple times about a broken bracelet. This is completely shocking. Someone should call them up for these fake reviews too because they do not reflect my experience or those of a couple of friends who’ve ordered from them.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have bought so many things over the years I bought a bangle in Dec 2025 which I must have worn 8 times at most? It fell off my wrist and broke. I have been trying to reach customer services to no avail. I’ve tried the web form, I’ve tried the email address, even called the phone number on the website and left a voice message. I also left a message on Instagram!!!!! It is shocking that a brand that considers itself high end and claims its products are ‘for life’ is unavailable when a regular customer is trying to resolve a product issue!! Very disappointing.

A dear friend has the Halcyon Days Christmas Enamel box Collection from 2000 through 2024. I tried to surprise her with the 2025 Box, but the surprise for me was that they were sold out in the US. The probem was resolved when I had a positive responce from the UK Customer Service representative that they could produce this box.

I asked at short notice for a message to be put in with the gift and they were extremely helpful. They also delayed delivery until nearer the birthday which made such a difference. They responded immediately.
