I recently sold a second vintage watch with Sam and was delighted with the service provided (again!) I had previously taken it to a main dealer who was very underwhelming with the price offered and their attitude. Sam on the other hand provided some very good advice, managed the work required to bring it back to perfect condition and achieved a very decent price for me, keeping me in the loop throughout. It is obvious that Sam is very knowledgeable about watches and really cares about customer service and satisfaction. He’s also a thoroughly nice chap which makes him a pleasure to deal with. Really lovely watch, exactly as described. They answered a question before purchase very promptly. Once purchased was kept informed of expected shipping & tracking number. Watch was very well packaged including a nice personalised note. Seller also followed up once watch was delivered to confirm all was ok. Would definitely recommend, very smooth & easy transaction.
