I recently purchased my second Omega watch from Lumbers Jewellers and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was served by Robert Jones, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Omega brand. He took the time to give me a brief history of the brand and carefully explained the different options available for the particular watch I was interested in. As an Omega brand ambassador, his expertise really showed and made the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.
The watch itself was everything I hoped it would be and more, and the price I paid was very competitive. Lumbers is a beautiful, well-appointed store and the atmosphere reflects the quality of the products they sell. All the staff I encountered were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
Overall, it was a fantastic buying experience and I would highly recommend Lumbers Jewellers to anyone looking for a luxury watch or special piece of jewellery.

Mixed feelings. I've been in a few times now. Most of the time I've had a good experience. However, i went in Saturday and an older lady was there. She was cold and came across snooty and dismissive. I had brought personal pieces of jewellery in and she made me feel so crap about them. One was my grandmother's wedding band so huge sentimental value.
Theres a few items in there i would like to buy but this lady had me feeling like I was a peasant and below her. Shopping experiences like this leave a sour taste and reflect on the business as a whole.

Exceptional service from the staff we met at Lumbers, notably from Tony Dean who was keen to ensure we made the right choice of ring, both budget wise and providing insight into the stones themselves. He was endlessly patient with my dithering. At no time did I feel under any pressure and I am thrilled with our purchase.

Scarlett was extremely efficient, answered all of my questions, even sent me photos & video of the watch I had chosen. Ordered Monday afternoon & wearing it less than 24 hours from ordering. Well packaged & gift wrapped too. Wouldn't hesitate in making an online purchase from Lumbers again. First class service & a first class Longines watch. Thank you.

I tentively went into this beautiful shop to buy a relatively inexpensive item. I was greeted with the utmost respect and friendly attention. Offered coffee and luxury chocs as staff handled my enquiry. Ended up with a genuine strap for a keepsake watch, within budget. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

The sales person ( Raj Pragji ) who sold me the watch was very knowledgable and professional person and felt I made the right choice as was looking at at a watch similar from Mappin & Webb online to be told by them I had to purchase the watch before I paid for it this was Mappin & Webb policy ? So very glad I visited and purchased the shop Lumbers Jewellers in Leicester high street I highly recommend the shop .

I fist wandered into Lumbers a few months ago. I'd previously been around most of the other jewellers in Leicester and I can comfortably say Lumbers were the most welcoming, understanding and professional.

Tony was absolutely amazing start to finish. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he wasn't trying to rush me -- he really took the time to explain everything. I felt as if he was giving me completely unbiased and great advice. I think he gave me a crash course in gemmology.

Cannot speak highly enough of him. Brilliant service, lovely man :)

My partner and I returned to Lumbers due to the exceptional service we experienced with 2 previous purchases, this outstanding showroom is not only beautifully presented but it’s the members of the team that truly make us want to return, we are always made to feel welcome and valued and in these times it means a great deal, there is no hard sell approach and no intimidation on entering as everyone is treated with respect and courtesy.
It’s not possible for me to name all the team but the names I would like to mention are Raj, Angela, Sarah , and of course Dominic, however all deserve recognition as they all do a commendable job in making the experience inside the showroom a pleasant and memorable one.
All I can say is don’t bother with the major high street names as Lumbers offer a much better purchasing environment and I can not fault them in any way.

I’ve purchased a watch from Lumber Jewellers the Garmin Commander to be more exact for £1360 now you’d expect the box to be sealed and the watch not to have ben used as no description of this being a second had or ex display item was stated on the shop page at any time!
So surprised to realise that the item came with clear signs that someone had been wearing it having paint that’s faded around push buttons and a decent scratch on the back it’s a joke and you’d expect this for a cheap E buy purchase not a watch
/jewellery specialised shop.I’ll have my refund back please happy to spend that somewhere else where people respect the client.
