Website said to expect delivery in…

Website said to expect delivery in about 11 days but order turned up 2 days after ordering. Great service.

This was fantastic service

This was fantastic service, even with all the hurdles at the moment.
The bike was ordered and dispatched within 48hrs and I have one very happy son and a great bike.

Just great

Always a little nervous when purchasing something expensive from a retailer that I’ve never used before or familiar with.
First time buying from H2 Gear and absolutely no problems at all, very good price and super fast delivery. At checkout it stated that the item would be dispatched withIn 9 days...In actual fact it arrived within 48 hours of placing the order.
Thanks will be adding to my list of trusted Online stores

Super service

I had been looking for a specific bike for some time, and discovered it in stock at the Giant St. Paul's London store.

They responded to my email about availability within hours, and I ordered and received it from them within 2 days.

Speedy delivery!

Ordered this and it came the next day! Great service. Products all good quality - had to guess the clothing sizes but a good fit. Might go up a size in Liv tops though. Ordered a small, I’m a size 6 on top and it’s quite snug!

Giant SLR1 65mm rear wheel

Hi, phoned up yesterday and stock I wanted was in. I ordered by 12 and it was shipped at 1pm and I received it today by 11am. Brilliant service and will buy with question from here again. Great communication and customer service. Thank you

Fast, efficient Service

Ordered online 1am on the Monday, bike arrived 11am the following day. I tried to source my bike from everywhere in the UK and was told it was completely sold out, however H2 Gear had one in stock. No hassle finance credit service completed online in just a few minutes.

Very happy cyclist

I ordered my bike on Saturday afternoon and received it before 10am on Wednesday , amazing delivery time particularly in the current situation. All assembled and out on the road within an hour , very satisfied customer 🚴‍♀️
