Bought a mystery belt during the recent sale and received a flex belt which has been removed from their website now..the buckle comes undone when I bend forward often no matter how tight or loose after several days of trial and error .the flex belt didn't show up on the animation advertising the mystery belt sale so it was even more of a surprising letdown..if the buckle is pushed against on the slightest it unclasps, definitely not the buckle shown in the ads which I expected..moving the buckle off to the side near a belt loop helps a bit but I wouldn't trust this belt to not unclasp at inopportune moments..seeing other reviews shows they won't do anything to remedy the situation due to it being a sale item.. Don't waste money a these products from a company like this when there are much better quality choices out there for the money they are charging..it holds my pants up when latched but has also loosened up a couple times..

Total waste of money buying the mystery belt, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the belt that I received. It won't even stay buckled, it feels like it is worth $5.00. I cannot even find this belt on the website but can only imagine they used this mystery box to offload garbage that couldn't sell.

I bought a « Premium belt » Mystery box for $29 thinking I might get a weird colored belt of one the model shown on the ad. it’s not what happened. They sent me a Flex belt, a cheap belt hidden on their website. Well, that used to be hidden since they flushed the belt because of the crappy reviews. To be honest, beside being cheap and looking bad, the belt does what it needs to do. But it’s a 10$ product, not a $44 value. To me, it’s a dishonest way to sell a cheap unwanted product. The fact that they remove the Flex Belt review is prtty shady IMO.

I ordered a ring and a belt and was tempted by the "mystery item". Paid $25 and thought I would get a belt they couldn't sell but nope, I got a piece of crap narrow belt with plastic buckle. I can't believe they would have this poor a quality belt laying around. I asked for a refund and they said NO and offered percentage off new purchase. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!! After reading their reply: roll of the dice my ass, it was a $5 piece of crap and you knew it. You robbed me and no, I will never buy from a scaming thief company!!

My wife and I purchased matching turtle rings. We loved them. After a few months, mine tore and was replaced by Groove life. That was acceptable.

A couple of years in, both rings have lost all color and have shrunk. Neither are wearable. We are both quite disappointed in the longevity and overall quality of the product.

We hope Groove Life would consider the material it uses and the process to keep the color over time. Until then, we do not recommend their rings.

I ordered the sea glass ring and when my package arrived I was extremely disappointed. Traveling through the postal service damaged and my ring was lost. I contacted customer service and less than a week later my item arrived and I love it!

I filed a warranty claim in May 2025. They said they would fulfill it in July. Nothing since and now it’s December. Warranty is useless

Great product, but don’t buy the mystery belts. They send horrible colors, the ones that NODOBY would ever buy!! Tried on three different orders and failed miserably.

Watchband broke. I filled out a warranty claim. But they have decided that they are "pausing" looking at any warranty claims until after Jan 5. So after that date I have to file it again. 6 weeks without a watchband and 6 weeks of ignoring their obligation to replace a needed item.

The website was easy to navigate! The quick response time made this a great experience and so be continuing to purchase products from them!

I purchased a Groove wallet on July 4, 2025. On November 28, 2025, the mechanism that secures the credit cards within the wallet broke and my credit cards no longer stay inside the wallet when I activate the slide on the wallet.

I used the automated repair request link on their website on November 29, 2025 and I received a message indicating that they were not accepting any warranty repair requests until January 6, 2026.

I used the live agent chat on their website on December 3, 2025 to again request a warranty repair and I was told that there were no exceptions and that they were not accepting any warranty repair requests until January 6, 2026. I have attached a transcript of the chat with the live agent.

Even if they were to being addressing my warranty request as so as I submitted it on January 6, 2026, it would be AT LEAST A MONTH AND A HALF (probably closer to two months) before I would be able to use my wallet again. This is an unacceptable delay in honoring their warranty (which they advertise as "warranty experience as seamless and stress-free as possible" on their website). I want the general public to be aware of what kind of customer service they can expect from this company.

My wallet quit sliding my cards up like its locked up yesterday. Its November 26 and I just got it for father's day. A little over 5 months and this happens? No big deal on that part because moving parts can have issues. My issue is they tell me to come back January 6 to file my claim. My cards are locked in my wallet and I don't know how I'm going to get them out but they are too worried about selling new ones for the holidays that will only last less than 6 months. This is unacceptable. So I either risk breaking the wallet trying to get them out or order all new cards? It cost over 100.00 and lasts less than 6 months? Doesn't seem very quality to me. It has the magnetic leather attachment sleeve that holds more cards and cost 120 at Buckle. This is insane and I'm not happy at all about it.

I bought a belt from groove about a year and a half ago and it has been my daily belt since then. I travel alot for work and I go through alot of airports and not once did I have to take it off. All the other people with metal belts had to take there's off but I never did. It works great and feels fine on my waist. Unfortunately the one piece broke on it and it would keep opening up but I went through there warranty service and in one day they sent me a code to go get another one for free and I am waiting for it to ship now. There service was great and I will definitely be buying these belts for tje rest of my time here. I work in a job that does alot of bending down and this belt has been great. No more trying to make new holes in the belt to make it work. They have a customer for life and if you have any doubts about the belt I wouldn't worry about them and just buy it.

Quality is trash, and customer service is worse. I've gone through 6+ rings and the 'lifetime' warranty was ok because they replaced the ring for free for my first 2. Then they started to make me pay for shipping and they kept receipts, stating that the fact that I had 6 rings for 50 dollars is cheaper than getting 6 rings. I bought a bundle of silicone rings from amazon for 8.99 and it has lasted longer than any groove ring ever would.

Great warranty and excellent customer service service. I wear my Zeus ring all day everyday, even in the shower. You barely know it’s there. It’s so flexible and comfortable compared to other rings. They take a beating if you have an active lifestyle.

I also own a groove like belt. I got one with the Steeles logo etched into the buckle. It’s flexible so it never feels to tight. I fastens quickly and effortlessly, looks great and functionals like no other belt I’ve owned in 47 years.

I cannot express how incredible the customer service for this company is. I reached out via email to ask about the Buffalo Bills ring that we purchased in 2023. Not only did they respond they responded in less than 12 hours. While they do not have the ring anymore they insisted that I fill out a survey so that they know it is something that is wanted and I was not planning on making a claim but was told to submit a claim.

I bought two belts form Groove Life. They're good belts but I have two issues with them. The main issue is that they are VERY tough to resize. The buckle has almost no give where the belt needs to be resized. I've actually hurt my hands trying to resize. (Although once resized, it's nice to see the belt doesn't move.)
The other issue I have is that I am a size 42, which means I have to buy the largest belt sold. This gives me almost of foot of extra belt that I need to thread through my belt loops. I would cut the extra off, but I don't now if that will cause the belt to unravel.
The belts came with no guidelines, instructions, etc. I had to look online on how to resize the belt because I didn't know if the belt buckle had a hidden clasp.
I do like the belts though and will probably order more at a later date.
