Everyone we spoke to at Grillo were super helpful and efficient. The fitters were also very professional.
The best measure of a company is when there is an issue and how it is corrected. We had a manufacturing issue with the gas bbq, and we had a new one fitted within two day, which is excellent customer service. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Working with Tiffany to understand the product and how it fit into my garden space. The simple process for installation. Installation happened promptly and the installers left a very clean site. Now to cook.

Where do I start, the online configurator is excellent, allows you to design something yourself or choose from a pre design, then view the design in situ giving you a real feel of what the kitchen will look like. When you speak with the staff nothing is too much trouble, Dominique was superb, answering all questions without being "salesy" , discussing delivery dates, installation options etc. Lisa also excellent, providing further information along the way. Delivery was seamless well informed and the items arrived on time. the kitchen looks fantastic. This is a quality product, from a quality company. I couldn't recommend Grillo highly enough.

This is a very high quality product with a level of customer service to match. From my initial enquiry through to configuration, ordering, delivery and installation, the Grillo team were excellent. Big shout out to John and his colleague, who carried out the installation in a highly skilled and professional manner, and to Dominique who made it all happen.

Superb and seamless - the process right from the start was fantastic. There were no pushy sales techniques despite our process taking a while due to our project. The configuration was really helpful visualising the space and we loved the sample package. Every process was clear delivered when they said it would be and install team were helpful and tidy. We are delighted with our kitchen and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very professional design consultations from the start, listened to what we wanted and worked together on the final design. We had to move installation back several times and the Grillo team were always very accommodating.

Installation was done while we were away but builders on site, its was quick and very professionally done.

Kitchen looks amazing !! can't wait for some slightly warmer weather to get grilling !!
