I couldn’t recommend Garden Trends enough. My furniture arrived really quickly and it was better than I expected. Very easy to assemble and looks beautiful. It comes with waterproof covers which is a bonus too.
Definitely 5* from me.

5***** !! The whole experience with this company, from start to finish was faultless. We went for the Draco outdoor kitchen and the quality is brilliant. Delivery was super quick from ordering and kept updated throughout with email updates etc. I will definitely be placing an order for some outdoor furniture in the next few weeks. Highly recommend Garden Trends if you’re looking for an outdoor kitchen.

After receiving 2 egg chairs from other large retailers and them being broken or damaged, I didn't have too much hope for a company I hadn't heard of that popped up on Google. I took a risk and I am so glad I did. Excellent quality. Quick delivery and brilliant communication. Couldn't be happier.

The couch, coffee table and two chairs were excellent quality and exactly as described.
We liked the fact this was not a corner unit type configuration as it is far more flexible and can be arranged to suit different gazebo shapes.
(Although we would have liked even more flexibility by being able to buy components separately. e.g. a different number of chairs or the option to not have the coffee table)
One aspect does need addressing however - it was described as “requiring some self assembly” when in fact each component required full assembly.
The assembly instructions allowed for 20 minutes per item with 2 people however the four items took more like 3 hours with four people working on the different parts of the suite.

I purchased a modular BBQ set which I have been very excited to install and use this summer. I noted some damage that I had caused and asked their advice for best remedy. They listened and could not have been more helpful in restoring my BBQ so I can enjoy it at it's fullest again. Thoroughly delighted.

We spent ages looking for a new garden chair and tables and, with a decent budget, wanted to make sure that it was perfect. We kept going back to the Charlton set on Garden Trends and decided to do a preorder as we were happy to wait for a little while for this particular set. That said, the wait wasn’t too long, really, and definitely worth it. Order was scheduled for delivery by end of June and it came a week before the end of June which was fantastic. The customer service is incredible, putting my delivery on a 24h service to get it to us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, there was a bit of damage to one of the chairs in the set. But, within a week, I had a replacement!
We are so happy with our set, have had lots of compliments and are enjoying family meals outside.

I Recieved My Order.Order No #267253 The Orthobed Bamboo Double Black Topper at £91.00. When opened and removed from the packaging the Quality and thickness is not the item you were advertising Basicly its as thin as a blanket and is a Cheap fake. Have read youre Reviews and this isnt the 1st time there have been concerns regarding this Items quality.ie, Mrs Carolyn Fay had also expressed her disatisfaction with the Product, which youre Complaints Dept hasnt even had the decency to Reply to her Complaint. I await for youre Reply before taking this Matter to Trading Standards Uk

Since no one is answering my messages- I’ll leave a review on here. I bought a King Size bamboo topper. When I received it- it was flat, I mean seriously flat, no poof at all and definitely NOT as advertised. So I let sit over night- no change. I went to put it on bed to see fit. It’s way too small, by about a foot. I wrote and asked if maybe they sent me a Queen by mistake and if there was a trick to fluffing it up.
I ordered in May, took a month to get. The quality, I can’t answer, because it doesn’t fit. And it’s like they forgot the fluff.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but I hate they won’t communicate with me worse.

Easy to order. Arrived safely and well packed. Relatively easy to put together (I'm old and thr print is small!)
I found the lack of tracking to begin with a bit confusing - but staff kept me right!
Furniture looks great and is comfortable to sit on. Already had the neighbours round for food and drinks and they all loved it! Eorked a treat.

We are really impressed with our new garden furniture, the quality is great and it’s brought our outdoor space back to life! Would definitely recommend their furniture to anyone looking.

Misrepresented the availability in the advert before confirming my "pre-order".
Finally arrived and table frame severely bent.
Called customer services (sic) and held for 30mins before the call was unceremoniously terminated.

Shocking lack of QC and care with delivery.
Edit: the response from GT is odd, as if they read my review they would see that the furniture order they are requesting the number for has been resolved. The storage box issue however has not. Pickup was arranged, but the courier was a no-show. Again.
We purchased a a garden dining table set from Garden Trends. When it arrived, the singer top had one tile completely broken across the width. GT confirmed that they do not check goods prior to shipping or they just cross ship. The top was replaced and we are happy with the furniture though the experience was not good. We then ordered a large metal storage box which arrived today. Again the goods were damaged. We are now having to contact GC again regards damaged goods shipped by them. Their QC/shippers/delivery companies are absolutely shocking. We won’t be buying from them again. Pickup was arranged for the box, but the courier was a no-show. Again. A replacement box arrived. Again it was damaged. GT offered a measly discount for us to keep it which we declined. Both were meant to be picked up today by DX. Again a no show, so I have 2 big boxes and no room to store them. Theyre to have to going outside, and if it rains (and it will) so be it.

Unsafe Product and Poor Customer Service

I purchased an outdoor egg chair and followed all assembly and usage instructions carefully. On 03/05, while holding my baby nephew, I sat down in the chair and it suddenly tipped backwards, causing me to fall from one deck level to another. As a result, I suffered a serious injury to my forehead and required five stitches.

I immediately contacted the company and submitted a formal complaint. Despite repeatedly chasing for an update, I have received no meaningful response. The only reply I have been given is that the matter is "under review" and that they will respond when they are ready.

What I find particularly concerning is that nobody from the company has contacted me to inspect the chair, visit my property, request further information, or investigate the circumstances of the accident. I am therefore unclear about what exactly is being reviewed.

Meanwhile, I am left with a permanent scar on my forehead following a serious accident involving a product that I believe to be unstable and unsafe. I would have expected a far greater level of concern, communication, and respect from the company given the severity of the incident.

Lovely furniture but the delivery was very bad as it was meant to be 7/10 working days it took one month to be delivered which was very annoying,!
