Ich habe auch das ausschließlich einen 4-Wochen-Plan gekauft und beim Kauf alle zusätzlichen Angebote sowie Abonnements abgelehnt. Es wurden mir 92,48 € abgebucht, ohne dass mir eine klare und nachvollziehbare Vertragsverlängerung ersichtlich war.
Es wurde kein vollständiger Vertrag bzw. keine transparente Übersicht der angeblichen Verlängerung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ich habe den Anbieter per E-Mail kontaktieren. Jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten.

DO NOT USE! Just a scam to get some money out of women who want to become healthier. I wasn't warned about the renewal after 4 weeks and was surprised to see €92,48 taken from my account. You will be attracted by the initial payment of 18,47€ but nowhere is it clear that you will be charged a lot more after 4 weeks. Of course when I queried it they said they could not refund this amount and just told me "the subscription terms are presented during checkout before purchase is completed" and they "understand my frustration"...

Not suitable for someone my age
I found this very difficult to down load and once I got into the meals, I decided it was not suitable for my. Foods that I don’t normally eat and poor alternatives.

Great plan
Simple recipes that are both healthy and flavorful. Most recipes can be made in 10-20 minutes which makes it easier to stay on track and continue with the plan.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They are very quick to take your money.
Be very careful to deal with this company because , they are not interested in you at all. They are here to take and bill your credit card and say too bad so sad. The renewal was June 28th , I cancelled June 30th and they told me that my payment was in the process of being processed and they could not refund it . Then they charge me $135.00 renewal fee when they are offering it to new clients for 24.99. Please see my email to them and their response . (Below)

Please note that there was a message on the checkout page indicating that, after the trial period, your Green Diet 1-on-1 Coaching subscription will renew and become recurring.
In addition, as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, unless a subscription is canceled, it renews automatically.
Additionally, while we provide full access to the service for the duration of an active subscription, we are not able to monitor or manage individual usage of the application on a customer’s behalf. Once a subscription is active, access to the service is made available as agreed, regardless of how frequently or extensively it is used.
Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless there has been a technical issue or a cancellation not made on our end.

This is poor customer service. You can clearly see that I have not used the service and you are unable to refund this $135.00 which is currently being offered at $24.99 for the first month and then $49.99 per month after the first month.
I will be writing a review of your services , not to mention the price difference.

Was charged an annual subscription…
Was charged an annual subscription which I didn't want and they wouldn't cancel and now I can't log in !!!

I received a reply saying I was informed of terms, can I just say, I have been charged €92 for 1 month's subscription !!! I cancelled when I realised I'd been charged a year subscription, I was told I could use the app until the end of the billing period, which is 1 year, not 1 month. Daylight robbery and to me, seems one big con

£118 was taking out of my account while…
£118 was taking out of my account while I am still on trial period...it hasnt even been 3 months yet out of the 6 months they say on Facebook my trial was for.
I didnt recieve any email confirmation from them or the code they say I need to cancel the subscription in their terms and condition.
I used PayPal so hopefully I get my money back.
