It was quick and easy, gave me choices without pressure and an opportunity to try their services for free.

I signed up for a plan - but didn’t receive it. I contacted green diet via email and was told no account could be found with my email address. My bank refunded the payment when I raised a dispute. I never received any info re plan - and advised green diet I wanted no further contact .
A payment was taken 4 weeks later for £79.11. I was told on 29/6 - my account email address had been loaded incorrectly, hence , why no info received. But today told i’d accessed initial information !! And no refund as yet .

Durante la fase di accettazione della promo non era specificato che automaticamente si sarebbe attivato l'abbonamento mensile e l'addebito dell'intero importo di 92,48€. Anche nella mail dell'ordine non è dichiarata questa condizione. E' una truffa perchè questa clausola deve essere esplicitata chiaramente durante la fase di acquisto

App seems fine. Beware of subscription as the company will automatically renew this with no advance warning. If you sign up for a set period, such as 12 weeks, be careful to cancel any ongoing subscription (which btw I was unaware I had signed up for) as the company will automatically renew at a far higher price than the initial offer. When you contact them to query this, you just get a "hey we'll cancel at the end of your subscription period" but it's the new one so I've just lost almost £120 which I was unaware I would be liable for. Dreadful practice. Most companies send an email warning you before charging your card/payment method. Not this one. Customer service also sucks.

Payment taken when I had cancelled and have an email to confirm. automated response to on e email and then nothing. Contacting my bank today to try and get a refund and ensure no other payments are made.

Ho sottoscritto un piano di prova per scaricare qualche ricetta.
A un certo punto mi hanno addebitato 92 euro di piano senza preavviso e senza che avessi autorizzato un rinnovo automatico
Scritto al servizio clienti che dice di non essere autorizzato a effettuare rimborsi
E poi hanno smesso di rispondere.

A queste richieste qui sotto non ho mai ricevuto risposta:
“ Please provide the specific reason why the renewal was processed, including the renewal date, the legal basis for refusing the refund, and evidence that I was properly informed of the automatic renewal in accordance with the applicable terms and consumer protection requirements.”

I canceled my subscription and they charged me anyway. When I reached out to them they refused to refund the charge that was an error. Do not give this company your credit card. It is a total scam.

After first lodging my complaint with green.diet about an automatic renewal that was not made clear at checkout, and after having received an inadequate response both here and directly from their customer support team, I have sought legal advice and have submitted my letter to green.diet customer support. I see many other reviews here on Trustpilot with the same experience of green.diet and my goal is not only to be reimbursed money that was unethically taken from my account, but to warn others against having the same negative experience.

I enjoying the diet and plan. It is a perfect fit for me! I have been filling it for the last 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs! I was confused that my app wouldn’t go past 30 days, since I paid for a month, but a quick email to your help support cleared that up for me. You may want to let people know ahead of time that they have to reactivate the menu monthly. Other than that, I am so grateful to have chosen your plan.

I am incredibly disappointed with Green Diet. I was under the impression I was signing up for a single week, only to see £79 abruptly drained from my account. I am currently unemployed and despite explaining this to customer service, I was met with a rigid refusal from Nora, who claimed digital purchases are non-refundable once activated.

It is incredibly deceptive to bury automatic subscription renewals in the terms and conditions instead of being transparent on the payment page. I noticed the company replies to similar complaints here asking people to contact them, but it seems to be just for show since their support team refuses to actually help. I will keep you updated if Green diet has any shred of decency. Buyer beware.

A seguito di questa recensione e di alcune mail in cui ho mostrato il mail disappunto la cifra di 92€ mi sarà rimborsata . Ciò dimostra che la prima
Mail in cui dicevano che non potevano fare nulla non era corretta .
Sono felice per il rimborso ma ritengo che il metodo sia tendenzioso perché dovrebbe essere visibile ( non nascosto in microscopiche note) la scritta di rinnovo automatico con gli importi che uno rischia di pagare .

I signed up, but never used it. I also did not get a reminder to cancel my trial, so was charged £119 for nothing with no option for refund. Shameful business model.

I first saw the ad on FaceBook. I decided to give it a try. It was a horrible experience from the moment you click on the link to purchase. Nothing but pop-up ads that it was difficult for me to find what I was ordering. Next step was the same, more and more pop-up ads to try and get you to purchase more of their products! After a lengthy ordeal to place the order, it was finally placed. After placing the order, I never could find the plan they had for me, so I am not using the Green Diet. After the frustration I had, I started to read the reviews, only to find out others were having the same problem. PLUS when you sign up you are automatically put on auto renewal which I did not see due to all the pop ups. I immediately called the company to cancel my order. On a positive note, they had good customer service. They were prompt to respond, they immediately canceled my auto renewal, they were prompt in trying to tell me how to get to my Green Diet plan, and typed it out step by step, unfortunately when doing those steps more pop up came up and I was not able to find my plan, so I never was able to use the product. I would not feel comfortable about ordering from this company in the future. To purchase a plan and not be able to use it is terrible to begin with. If they offer a good plan and people like it they would more than likely add other options in the future, but to struggle to get to the first plan is terrible. Nothing about this web site was simple.
