I signed up for Green Diets
I signed up for Green Diets, decided it wasn't for me, and cancelled my subscription, assuming that everything associated with my account had been cancelled as well.
Almost two months later, I was surprised to be charged for the MindApp. I had no idea it was a separate subscription. During checkout, it wasn't clear to me that I was signing up for an independent service that would continue even if I cancelled Green Diets. I genuinely believed it was an add-on to the main subscription and would end when the main subscription ended.
What disappointed me most was customer service. Despite explaining that I had never used the MindApp (I didn't even have it installed on my phone), they refused to issue a refund.
My advice: read the small print very carefully before signing up. In my experience, the subscription setup was not communicated clearly enough, and customer service showed very little flexibility when trying to resolve the issue.

Pessima esperienza, ricette sempre uguali e soprattutto mancanza di correttezza.
Non viene specificato chiaramente che il rinnovo è automatico e a prezzo molto maggiore della prima rata, é un imbroglio, e sulla loro pagina fb i commenti negativi vengono subito cancellati.

La risposta è inutile, sto chiedendo ripetutamente il rimborso ma continuano a negarlo.
Dicono che esamineranno il caso ma e solo una presa in giro.

It's advertising is that it's free from the start but obviously it is not. Don't be pulled in or fooled. Also, it's only targeting weight loss. IOW, forget about getting good dietary info for just being healthy. It talks about IBM but it's not really about IBM, as if you aren't trying to lose weight, you cannot go further into their survey.
After the reply from Green Diet, please note that the advert that lead me to the survey clearly states, "try it, it's free." Perhaps the survey is free? Then it should be stated? Then as a screen shot cannot be posted, during the survey it clearly states that your new desired weight cannot equal not be greater than your present weight. Therfore, once again, is the diet purely for weight loss or for health? If its for weight loss please change your advertising and survey. Some people want to learn to eat healthy for other reasons other than to lose weight. If the survey were truly following the IBM, it would matter if the person taking the survey was actually underweight and needed to eat healthy and gain weight to match a healthy IBM.

I signed up for a free trial with Green diet ONLY. I was offered Mindway and declined. I then received a welcome to Mindway email. I contacted green diet immediately and explained that I suspected I had been signed up to something else that I did not request and I wanted to cancel everything immediately. I got confirmation of my account closure and then noticed that Mindway were taking money from my account. I contacted them and the flat out lied to me telling me that I had signed up and a reminder email was sent to me before they started taking payment. PURE LIES. I will not let this go and will make everyone aware of this SCAM company

This app is a facade for just getting people to send money. They are scammers.
The app sucks ass. The recipes suck. The exercices are just slow version on the worst video on youtube that you could find.
They stole 180 € from me, I canceled everything, and yet they still manage to get the f**ing subscription from me.
Edit after the answer from Green Diet : you know very well what you are doing is a scam. To stop your subscription I had to re create an account. How. Is. That. Normal. "Its written in the terms and conditions" is just a way to protect yourself but the reality is I had no notifications when I canceled my account, not one message. You put it in "the terms" knowing very well no one is going to read it, and when you have the possibility to "cancel all your personal data", it's normal to think that you won't use my bank account. But you did. So just to be clear for you it's normal to pay for a content that you cant access to. Tell me how it's not absurd.
It's not legal by the way, there have to be an EXPLICIT mention of this. Moreover I didnt have the option on my iphone to cancel my subscriptions.
Listen for 20 euros, I wouldn't have done anything, but for 180€, Im going to bring you down, and get reimbursed. Dont worry your email adress "help@greendiet" already knows my case.
