Hidden charges
I have just discovered that £118.52 has been deducted from my credit card, I thought I had just been purchasing a trail offer for £23.00. I am going to complain as I think your company is misleading people. From reading the reviews, I can see you have done this to many people. i note that you say back in May 2026, in response to another complaint that you will review your terms. This clearly has not happened. i will be pursuing a refund of the full amount and will be arguing that your advertising is misleading.
I was contacted and apparently in the terms and conditions it states if you do not cancel in 48 hours you are agreeing to be charged at full rate. Those terms must of been hidden well as I did not see. I feel completely tricked and swindled out of my money. Buyers beware

Vegan diet that can’t provide a vegan plan
I wanted to have inspiration for healthy vegan meals that have some 25-40gr protein. I subscribed for 4 months . The first 4 weeks I got a decent plan; then when it renewed, the plant based plan had meat fish and dairy cheese. I contacted the customer service that replied very quickly with a useless solution. Basically I was supposed to tick any animal food to exclude from my VEGAN diet. I complained and they cancelled the renewal after 4 months. Mind that there is no way to stop renewals from the app… also a massive red flag. They offered vegan plans, got the money and could not provide them. I wasted 3/4 of the cost and feel very stupid for having trusted once again what seemed a genuine provider. If you need a plan, ask chat gpt or see a nutritionist.

Careful with this app- can't trust
I took a 12-week subscription, which went well. I realised it was not very useful for me, so I cancelled the subscription on the very last day, but by that time they had initiated the annual subscription payment. They agreed to cancel the subscription for the next cycle, but declined to cancel the initiated transaction, which was not even processed. There was no intimation, no information that my subscription cycle is about to finish and no checking if I wanted to continue my subscription. All other apps allow cancellation and refund, but they decline to stop a transaction which was initiated 1 hour earlier. That is disappointing.
There is no contact number, and I am trying to email them, but without any success.

The App was really well laid out and…
The App was really well laid out and easy to navigate, loads of information. Unfortunately for me, I was not 'in the right head space' to give it a proper shot, so i decided to cancel my subscription, I emailed the Green Diet, and minutes later my subscription was cancelled, extremely fast response.

Did not work for me personally
Edited: After contacting customer service and explaining my concerns I received immediate support and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
On the product itself, I would have loved for it to work for me as a support into a more plantbased lifestyle. But personally, I found it rather inflexible when it comes to swapping meals or ingredients. Others might still find it more helpfu.

La mia esperienza è stata negativa. A maggio ho acquistato esclusivamente un piano al costo di 18,47 €, facendo molta attenzione a non sottoscrivere altri servizi.
Successivamente mi sono ritrovata due addebiti da 92,48 € ciascuno, senza essermi resa conto di aver attivato un abbonamento ricorrente e senza aver ricevuto un’email di conferma che mi informasse chiaramente di questa sottoscrizione.
Ho dovuto aprire due contestazioni tramite PayPal, che sono state entrambe accolte con rimborso.
Consiglio a chi acquista di leggere con estrema attenzione tutte le condizioni, controllare i pagamenti automatici e monitorare gli estratti conto nei mesi successivi.

This is a rip off app. It gives you a list of things to buy (not to make). False advertising completely.
I requested a refund 5 minutes after having a look around and seeing what a rip off app it is. They said they cannot provide a refund. What a scam company. Do not support!

e le ricette che propongono sono sempre le stesse cose ripetute. Una dieta monotona.

They are literally thiefs
They are literally thiefs. Be very careful..You buy a single service, and from that moment, s they have your credit crd number, they make you pay for what they want. They took me 92 euros from my credit card, arguing that I have accepted for that, what I didn´t. They repeat the same answer, like robots.
