They don’t offer what they promise, and trick you into recurring payments hidden in the small print
They promised high protein green meals weekly. I found only one high protein meal using their own filter. Then I found out that they had been taking money monthly from my PayPal account even though they didn't show as a subscription on PayPal and didn't send me an email prior to each payment, thereby not giving me the opportunity to cancel the subscription that I was unaware I had entered into. Beware, they don't offer what they advertise, and through small print they trick you into recurring payments.
Edit: 14/08/26 I have sent an email today in response to Green Diet's reply. I'm not holding my breath.
Udate: As suspected no refund even though they had taken over £237 before I noticed (my fault for not checking)

Massive price rise on automatic renewal with no notification. Over 190% increase! Customer service give a bulk standard answer quoting terms and conditions and they don’t recognise cooling off periods and refuse to offer a refund.
Don’t fall foul!

RIP OFF - do not sign up their promotions
I signed up for £79.11 service which I assumed (yes my fault) was for one year and in fact it was for a month automatically renewing. Within two weeks I had deleted the app as it was mainly concerned with aggressive selling of other products. It inundated me and was actually contributing negatively to my stress levels. The very reverse of wellness. For a company portraying green credential, I found them the very reverse of the ethical expectations I have in those promoting the green agenda and a vegan life style

I can't give zero star
I can't give zero star. I cancelled after signing up. I have then been charged unexpectedly today. When I have raised with them and said they can see I haven't logged in they refused to return money. Don't risk it

Do not open or go near this App you will loose money.
Once again another client who has the £118 taken out of my account today I was not aware that I was in a contract or renewal with them and as I am not the only one that has had this experience I feel vindicated that this is exactly what it is misleading They have blatantly refused to honour me with a refund as they have done with others. I will not be using their service and will be taking action to recover my lost funds I will also be contacting the Vegan society to make them aware of there practices my heart goes out to others who have felt conned and also have lost money.
So an update on their reply to me which looks like an automated reply to all that leave a similar review. It’s all wind a company trying to look supportive when clearly they are not as once again the refund was refused this is the reply I left them
Once again the only way you can help me with my well-being is to refund the money to stop the financial stress your company has put me under.
As I have said trust pilot is full of similar reviews of your misleading sign up where people have also had money taken out of their account without them being aware
As you can see there has been no interaction from me on your site since I looked at it I have not used the service at all so why would I believe that I had signed up to an annual subscription that would come out of my bank account. It was not made clear to me as it was not made clear to many others
Taking funds for a service that is not required and refusing to refund for a service that isn’t used is abysmal business practise. You con people into this situation I will be escalating this today.
The bad press that you are receiving from this dishonest practise is more damaging to you then refunding the peoples for a service they don’t require.
I can only hope that karma hits and this practise affects your sales and trust.
A warning to all do not open or enter into their site as you will find yourself in the same situation.

Vorsicht Abofalle! Ich habe für einen Monat die günstigste Variante gewählt und dafür lediglich ein paar langweilige Rezepte erhalten. Nun wurden mir unautorisiert 92,48 Euro abgebucht. Hierbei handelt es sich ganz klar um eine ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung aufgrund einer nicht erbrachten Leistung § 812 BGB. Eine Anzeige wegen Betruges halte ich für unvermeidbar.

Signed up for £23 then 3 months later…
Signed up for £23 then 3 months later the company charged me £118.52 for a subscription renewal without informing me first. They don’t give clear instructions on how to cancel the subscription or of the terms of the renewal. I have reported to consumer rights, and recommend anyone experiencing something similar to do the same.

Eigentlich gefällt mir die App sehr gut. Ich habe die vegane Variante gewählt und die Rezepte waren top.
Allerdings wird sich Geld erschlichen und wie ich aus den anderen Bewertungen ersehe, erfolgt dies mit System. Ich habe auch ausschließlich einen 4-Wochen-Plan gekauft und beim Kauf alle zusätzlichen Angebote sowie Abonnements abgelehnt. Es wurden mir 92,48 € abgebucht (was für 1 Monat sowieso viel zu viel ist!), ohne dass mir eine klare und nachvollziehbare Vertragsverlängerung ersichtlich war.
Ich habe den Anbieter per E-Mail kontaktiert, jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten.
