Nora from the support team was immediately helpful, kind and thoughtful when realising after major stomach surgery and having to follow a heavily restricted diet the menus would not work for me and quickly reimbursed my subscription.

Avrei dovuto desistere quando prima del pagamento mi hanno offerto un abbonamento che ovviamente costa a di più.
Gli ho scritto che volevo prima provare e loro,si sono dimostrati disponibili.
Poi mia madre ha avuto un infarto e ho chiesto il rimborso perché non potevo provare subito il prodotto.
Mi hanno risposto che non era rimborsabile perché prodotto digitale!
Poi ho letto le recensioni e ho capito.

Negativa!! E' una truffa
Negativa! E' una truffa.
A giugno ho acquistato esclusivamente un piano al costo di 18,47 €, e non ho sottoscritto nessun tipo di servizio e nessun abbonamento come risulta dalla mail di iscrizione
Successivamente hanno addebitato 92,48 euro di abbonamento non autorizzati.
Non hanno mai inviato mail di sottoscrizione di abbonamento.
Ho aperto la contestazione tramite PayPal e ho scritto al servizio clienti ma inviano solo risposte automatiche e anche se dalla mail di iscrizione risulta chiaro che non ci sono altri abbonamenti rifiutano il rimborso.
Consiglio di non sottoscrivere assolutamente, è una truffa.

Advert initially said plan was free then they ask for a sign up. Good discount offered bug misleading advertising. I usually sign off at this point but will risk it this time .

Avoid unless you take a month and then cancel early on. Stupidly I got caught when thinking it was a one off payment for 4 weeks access. BEWARE subscription renewal
While the app is really good in terms of the content- I would 100% say AVOID due to their dodgy SCAM like business practice. The “subscription terms” are unavailable to see after checkout and so they “conveniently” in their terms refer to them as being in a document that you can’t actually see anymore, to refresh your memory months down the line when it becomes relevant. Their terms that you can see after checkout don’t give you the information that you need to cancel the subscription 48 hours before the end of your previous one to avoid automatic renewal. So if you cancel on the day you will be charged anyway. £118 … 😔 This is really underhand practice that basically turned me from thinking this is a good app to this is a really scammy product. Shame. If you do want to use it make sure and remember the small print from checkout because you’ll never see it again.

Complete con, take money without permission and provide nothing in return.
This company have take two lots of money from my account without permission. One the first occasion they informed me of one amount and took two payments. I approached them and cancelled all subscriptions, yet the following month they took another payment of £79.11, they are refusing to refund.
This company is a disgrace- I have had nothing in return for my money and I cannot cancel with my bank as it isn’t a subscription- they just use my bank details to take payments I haven’t agreed to.
Don’t give them your details.

Horrendous
Horrendous! I am on a Disability Support Pension. Originally splashed out and bought 1-wk of vegan meal plans for about $20 as I'm an obese cancer survivor hoping to help my condition. Many aggressive, expensive offers kept appearing on the app that I kept declining. Then around a week later about $164 was deducted from my account without my knowledge nor my permission! That is over three wks of groceries and over 10% of my rent! I would never pay that kind of money for this service. They have denied a refund and I don't know how to pay my rent at the end of the month. Stay away! They are very unethical!

Ich habe kein Abonnement abgeschlossen und trotzdem wurden mir 92,48 Euro abgebucht.
In der Bestätigungsmail steht ganz unten im super Kleingedruckten, dass man automatisch ein Abo abgeschlossen hat. Das ist nicht so.
Das Unternehmen muss bei einer automatischen Vertragsverlängerung ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, sonst ist dies unwirksam.
Ich habe über paypal einen Fall aufgemacht. Sollte das negativ entschieden werden, wird die Rechtsanwältin beauftragt.

It's a scam
It's a scam. Automatic expensive renewal without warning. I contacted on the day of the renewal. they canceled now for the future but no refund of the renewal. They claim they can't refund because it's all automatic. I'm an IT-er it's just an excuse. Spread the word that it's a scam. The app is a waist of money. I used it 1 day.
They answered by hiding after the fact that it's digital and delivered. I did not receive anything and they can check if something was accessed. So they give 2 links of some books or I don't know because I didn't click on it to keep me happy. I don't want books.
As I said. The app is useless. DO NOT BUY it. It's a scam for 3 months later ton loose around 140€!!!
I will comment on every advertisement that passes by tot warn people.
