I selected the 30 day trial and elected to not continue my subscription. I checked after 30 days and I no longer had access to the app so I thought it was finished only to see a charge on my credit card WITHOUT any communication from the company. I contacted them and they offered me extra two links to their services and said a refund was not an option. Thought I had done what was needed to not have a subscription charge. Best solution is to NOT purchase from them and watch your credit statements.

Cheap to start but then they hit you with unexpected high charges. The app also bombards customers with over inflated offers. I cancelled my subscription as I didn't think they offered much variety so didn't lear anything new. They charged me £79 on top of the £11 sign up fee and refused a refund. Instead sending me (vegan) an unwanted dairy based meal plan! Absolute rip off, don't touch with a barge pole

No notice that there would be a recurring subscription. No details on how to manage or cancel a subscription. They took payment of a repeat subscription that I didn't want and which was about six times the price of the original 3 months! I already didn't rate the app - was only menus, anything else was at extra cost. Menus were badly considered - often including the same foods at lunch and dinner on the same day.

Mega scam, beware!
I paid for a one off month £23 month to get some help to find low carb vegan meals. I should have bought a book.
I noticed my bank balance was very low and discovered they had taken £118 without warning.
I emailed customer service who replied that as I have access to the information, they will not issue a refund. I am so so upset, that is a lot of money for me .
