I had an horrendous experience with this company. As a 66 year old pensioner not very tech savvy I "signed up" for this web site apparently in April of this year for a "trial". In September they took £118.52 from my credit card with no warning, no reminder, no explanation. On writing to them I got absolutely no joy, not about the length of the trial, the on going costs, the content, absolutely nothing. They have refused to repay my money. What a way to treat pensioners. Please be very aware of their poor practices. UPDATE: Green Diet asked me to make contact for my situation to be reconsidered after this review, which I duly did but the customer service representative more or less said go away, not a chance!! Further waste of my time WATCH OUT FOR THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!

Das Allerletzte. Selbst 1 Stern ist zuviel.
Sie locken mit einem kleinen Angebot unter 20 Euro und in der Bestellbestätigung ist dann ganz unten und unscheinbar:
Mit dem Start deiner 4-wöchigen Testphase hast du einem Abonnement zugestimmt, das sich automatisch für 92.48 EUR alle 4 Wochen nach Ende der Testphase verlängert. Deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode wird alle 4 Wochen belastet, bis du kündigst. Du kannst jederzeit kündigen, indem du eine E-Mail an sendest.
Auch wenn freundlich reklamiert wird erhält man einen seitenlangen Text und man verweist auf die Geschäftsbedingungen. Sowas müsste beim Verbraucherschutz gemeldet werden. Ich geb es meinem Anwalt.

I signed up and paid for 12 week. That was I thought. But after that I was charged for 138,52 euro. I can’t delete my profile and I can’t cancel my membership. So please stay away from Green Diet.

Beware before making any purchases from Green Diet. I purchased a 12-week meal plan, which I thought was a one time purchase. Today, 12 weeks later, I was charged $158.94. I contacted the merchant and requested a refund, as I was not expecting this charge and was unaware that this was a recurring subscription charge. They refused to refund the charge because "processed payments are non-refundable under our terms." I never would have made the original purchase had I known it was a subscription. It seems that many others have had a similar experience, so any disclosure about a recurring subscription were not made clear or explicit upon purchase.

Very dodgy. Stay away!! I initially purchased o 4 weeks plan for 32$ but when I checked my credit
Di card details a few months later , I was being charged 169$/ month without my authorisation. When I contacted their team , I was informed that it was in the T&C and that is what I signed up for, which was clearly not the case. Please beware what you sign up for! Also, the transactions are so cryptic and they don’t send receipts. My advice- stay out of it!! No credibility

Achtung aufpassen !!!
Achtung aufpassen und das Kleingedruckte gut und bis zum Ende lesen. Ich habe eigentlich, dachte ich, nur für 4 Wochen für 18,47 den 4 Wochen Plan gebucht. Und schwupps wurde, 3 Wochen später nochmal über Paypal 92,48 abgebucht. Abzocke für ein paar Rezepte die man auch so überall bekommt.Rückzahlung leider auch nach Kontaktaufnahme ausgeschlossen.

La forma de suscribirte a través de una oferta es una auténtica ESTAFA, compré un producto por 22usd y al mes siguiente me cargaron 200usd diciendo que había aceptado las condiciones y que se hacía de manera automática. Esas condiciones no son nada claras, por lo que incurren en letra pequeña y cláusula abusiva. Solicité cancelarlo dentro del plazo vigente y lo rechazaron, he pedido explicaciones detalladas y pruebas de que acepté esas condiciones y responden con otra cosa.

I signed up on a temporary low cost…
I signed up on a temporary low cost subscription and was shocked to find around £120. When I tried to ask for a refund, they declined saying the reason they couldn't was wrapped up in the terms and conditions at the point of sign up. However, after I explained that their subscription terms did not meet the requirements of UK legislation and gave them a final notice to pay my money back, they did give me a refund.

I had a subscription taken from my…
I had a subscription taken from my account today without any warning. They have told me it was in the original terms but a decent company would provide a reminder closer to the time. I cannot even find an email from the time I signed up to the trial so it must have been on the disclaimer on the website. Very disappointed. Quick response to my query but clearly they do this all the time.
**They have asked to reach out to them but I already did before writing my review. I gave them the opportunity to deal with it but they rejected it **
