Ils m'ont prélevé 92,48€. Il s'agit d'un renouvellement forcé. Ils écrivent en tout petit de manière peu lisible, alors qu'en France et en Europe, la loi exige un consentement clair, explicite et non ambigu.
Je suis en cours de négociation avec elleux pour obtenir un remboursement, sinon je les signalerai.

Customers in the UK can claim a full refund within 14 days of purchase under UK Trading Standards. This is a law that GREEN DIET should be aware of. I unfortunately missed my deadline but have been successful in getting a refund from other non-UK companies when their product has failed to deliver.

Quisiera poder poner cero estrellas
Quisiera poder poner cero estrellas. Esta empresa es una estafa, te enganchan con una dieta de 18€ y una vez tienen tu número de tarjeta te van pasando recibos de 92€ hasta que te das cuenta y reclamas. Pero, oh sorpresa!! No te devuelven el dinero. Además los cálculos nutricionales que hacen en su aplicación son incorrectos.

I had an horrendous experience with…
I had an horrendous experience with this company. As a 66 year old pensioner not very tech savvy I "signed up" for this web site apparently in April of this year for a "trial". In September they took £118.52 from my credit card with no warning, no reminder, no explanation. On writing to them I got absolutely no joy, not about the length of the trial, the on going costs, the content, absolutely nothing. They have refused to repay my money. What a way to treat pensioners. Please be very aware of their poor practices. UPDATE: Green Diet asked me to make contact for my situation to be reconsidered after this review, which I duly did but the customer service representative more or less said go away, not a chance!! Further waste of my time WATCH OUT FOR THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!
