Disgusting company. Ignores emails. When trying chat feature they just regurgitate what has already been said.
Refusing to pay my 3k winnings is nothing short of fraud. They’ve had info re my bank statement with IBAN and also my passport photo. Utter farce. AVOID!!!!

Signed up just to realise how scammy this site is, I tried to withdraw without any playing or usage, so basically my own deposit money. It's been in review for a week and no replies. It says "in review" what a scam! Do not deposit to these scammers, they know what they're doing.

I have enjoyed playing some of their games, so I was willing to forgive them when they locked my account for review the first time when I tried to withdraw some winnings. But to do it again when I deposited a paltry £50 is unforgivable. Account has been under review for "fraud and money laundering" checks for over 2 weeks. It was £50 only for goodness sake! Now I get a mail saying they need many documents and pictures of me holding said documents. I think I'll just write this off now, too frustrating to deal with. You have been warned.

Honest review of this casino after a month of playing there.

The selection of games on offer are great. Lots of slots to choose from, including all the well known favourites. Personally I have found the RTP a little higher than others but that is just how it feels to me.

They use evolution for live casino games which are one of the best around. Especially as they offer Craps which is my go to casino game.

You get offered a different promotion every day with the wheel so there are plenty of deposit bonuses. Mainly with a 35x wager which does not feel too high.

Now the only reason this online casino does not get 5 stars from me is the time it takes to withdraw. For some reason when you go to make a withdrawal it has to get reviewed by the accounts department. This often takes around 32-48 hours which makes no sense when plenty of other online providers offer instant withdrawals. Once the withdrawal is approved they use instant bank transfer so that is a plus but I struggle to understand in this day in age they are still taking around 2 days to process a withdrawal.

After reading the reviews I thought I'd made a mistake, but I've had a great experience with them so far. I will say the withdrawal speed isn't great but was within the 1-3 days stated every time. When dealing with this caisno i put £160 in won £350 took 2-5 days to withdraw was a tad worried about payouts due to reviews made by other people as it was my first withdrawl however no issues payment was made after checks had been completed by casino.

second time putting on £40 with bonus won £9k in first £10 didnt have to complete wager as bonus was not used so customer service removed it and withdrew 24-48 hours later money in my account after casino completed checks their end.

Would say customer service was 10/10 - withdrawl process is a 6.5/10 could be a little quicker to match other casinos on speed of withdrawls however it was made. once review was completed in my bank in 2 hours or less

Don't understand all the negative comments. I joined last week, made a few deposits and hit a massive 5k win. Withdrew yesterday and money already in my account. Great looking Casino very efficient payouts.
