They send me a email saying they reserve right to close my account anytime … with 8000£ on account. Week earlier withdrawal 100£ but I guess when it’s more then 1000£ they can close account anytime. But when you deposited a lot they don’t care. Waste of money and time. I will not leave it like that and i will take it further as it’s scam. They even don’t respond for emails. Send one generic email that they are closing account just because they can. They hold my winnings.. no one seem to care or even respond.
Will update but at this time I will start to reporting it as I am tired.

Never, never play for this company Grand Ivy. They take deposit, when you actually win the money they asking for documents!!! I deposited on 25th of October 2024with new card, but they asking for card what I use in may 2024.This card not existed anymore.Just because they don't won't pay winnings money. This company look for every excuses. Today we have 2nd of November and I still haven't received my winning money, because they said that they waiting for email from May!!! DON'T PLAY WITH THEM!!! There are a lot of negative reviews here but I had no issue with customer service or cash out. Took a few days to sort the details but the chat staff were very helpful and polite.

Used this site for the first time, won a decent amount as profit but didn’t read trustpilot beforehand. Reading it after depositing a fair bit actually scared the life out of me thinking all my deposits were history.

But no? Customer service was instant & efficient, with the money being in my account 2 days later… the customer service being on a Saturday & Sunday mind you.

I was skeptic after using this site and winning a little after reading the reviews, but my cash went it straightway after the 3 working days with out any issues whatsoever. So thank you so much and deffo will be playing on your site again.

I was sh** scared after reading the reviews on here, I had £1800 pending in withdrawal, however, it was paid out within 4 days, as it was a first time withdrawal. Its not the most efficient but they get the job done.

Really disappointed as I won £1700 and I keep getting told different information as to when I will get my funds. I put in hundreds no issues taking money but when it comes to paying out there’s always an excuse or adding extra days. I came on here and read all the reviews which makes me really skeptical

I've lost lots of money in Grand ivy, when I withdrawal 950£ was really happy, but they found problems to send to my bank account, I've send all what they asked,my bank statements pictures of my bank card ,finally they send email that they closed my account, and I still didn't received moneys.never ever recommended to any friends o stars 😢
