Last Tuesday I have won some cash. Next day they had maintenance and after this I lost almost 400£ on my favorite game. I'd play like this for years. It use to be like I had to spend around 60£ by 50p to get free games. But after maintenance I spend 400 and nothing. Total scam and waste of time. Support team is like talking to chatgpt. People without moral backbone.

They don't even deserve the 1 star. I experienced the same issue a lot of people did won some money it was pending for 2 days then disappeared went on live chat to find out what's going on my account got locked and now it's been banned and my winnings are void absolutely robbing scumbags

Do not trust this casino they do not abide by the terms set by the UK gambling commission and make their own terms up. They have been withholding my winnings of £460 for over 2 months and are disregarding all the terms set by the Uk gambling commission. They are basically curaco type casino with a Uk gambling commission license but do not abide by any of its terms.

Probably one of the worst casinos to play on. You can keep adding money and playing but will never get a significant win. No scatters. Honestly there are a lot better chances elsewhere on other casino sites. I would avoid. Never had to worry about withdrawing as the winning chances are so rubbish!

I have won monies , and still didn't receive my withdrawals ,they requested paperwork and unfortunately didn't amend my new address my now account which I now sent my council tax bill showing my new address, they now blocked my account and I still didn't receive my monies ...they are a scam I I wish I read the other reviews before I started using them ...I will heave no option but to take them to task as I did everything required. Please use other sites and request they give all funds . Joined due to 100% deposit match upto £300.Deposited £100 so would expect the deposit to be matched whilst depositing i had to authorise the payment on my banking app it went through and proceeded to the site to start playing.My account showed a zero balance so I repeated the process had to authorise the deposit again but on returning to the app no bonus was showing.So I started to play the game was slow to give any wins at all and then bang a couple of decent wins rolled in putting me well into profit so I decided to withdraw my winnings to be told they I can withdraw whilst I had bonus credits.
So I continued to play lost the whole lot very quickly so I tried to access my non existent bonus.Tried to use the live chat.It was roughly 3am and they had the cheek to ask why I was awake and playing at that time and offered me gambling problem advice finally got through after several hours to be called a liar and that they had no record of me attempting to withdraw and as it was the second attempt to deposit I wasn't entitled to the bonus.After much toing and growing they held their ground and refused me the bonus so I said I would leave them feedback that reflected the appaling way it was all handled.
In a last ditch attempt to keep me happy they said someone would contact me from customer support and they did message me and point out they were not at fault and called me a liar.
Absolute rip off merchants and lesson learnt should have read the reviews first.
Obviously I don't have a leg to stand on and it was only £100 but their customer service is shocking and if there was a local office with humans working there I would have the overwhelming urge to spoil their day.

I won over £300 and when I withdrew my money they confiscated all of it saying that I had another account on a different casino and I had breached there rules,yet they said I can still use my account with them(absolutely ridiculous and crooked company)
