The delivery was awesome, but the return process NOT. I was on hold forever and never spoke to anyone. I left 2 voicemails, sent one email, and stayed on the line 3 times just for the call to cancel on its on (sp don’t think that means wait because it doesn’t).

Ana Maria at Graham & Brown is truly exceptional. She went above and beyond helping me source and coordinate a mural for a large apartment project in San Diego, and her level of service was unmatched from start to finish.
She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and supports you every step of the way.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. I will absolutely be working with her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing wallcoverings or murals.

First time ordering and usually choose local but fell in love with your selection of beautiful wallpapers. It was clear to me that Graham and brown are such a reputable and quality company. I felt fairly confident in placing my first order. I expected it would take 3 to 4 weeks because I am international. Lo and behold. It arrived to my home in just under a week. Quality feel fabric of the wallpaper design. Everything was stunning. I'm very pleased with the overall service and quality of the wallpaper that arrived today. Thank you.

Great service! I ordered 5 free samples via the G&B website. They arrived by courier really quickly and I am very happy with the choice and quality of the products. I have booked a free Consultation in one of the stores which was easy to do online, so overall a very positive experience.

Excellent customer service at the Padiham shop.
Customer service at the Padiham shop is always excellent, the staff are ready to help and advise when asked. The wallpaper and paint are of high quality. I ordered curtains over the Easter weekend and Colette was so helpful and patient. I will certainly return in the future.
