After receiving several samples
After receiving several samples, it was easy to decide which wallpaper. I had the decorator tell me how many rolls and ordering online was easy. The wallpaper arrived the next day!

Everything wet well with the order
Everything wet well with the order. Hopefully, all will be well with the delivery and my satisfaction with the product. I loved the sample and may do several more murals in my new home which is still in the process of being built after a devasting fire.

The website was a little difficult to use. There was no spot to change the options once an item was in the shopping bag. I had to delete and start over. The website kept locking up when I tried to hit back.

Returns take so long to process
I have ordered from them three times but find the return process for unused wallpaper so long. When you phone two weeks after tracking them via DPD to ask if all is ok and you get told that they cannot confirm that it has delivered back to them and will get the refund when they get to it. Not a happy customer.

Once returns arrive back at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for them to be processed and for the refund to be issued. We understand this can feel like a long wait and appreciate your patience while the return is being completed.
Free samples..not really. Saw your wallpaper at a Lowe’s and…
Saw your wallpaper at a Lowe’s and decided to check your website out for samples. Got a code for up to 3 samples but when my 3 samples were in the cart it was charging me for two of them. So I had to decide which one I wanted and used the code for that one. Would be nice if the code worked on the three samples as stated on email.
