This is our second compost bin of this sort. Now sitting neatly beside the first, bought last year, they have been an excellent choice. Easy to assemble and to use and very efficent delivery.

Plenty of telephone advice available before purchase, the tank was delivered promptly and by a very helpful driver. It's a good solid piece of kit, too.

Can't fault them. Quick turnaround and good quality product. I will definitely use them again.

We love the product (large underground water tank and irrigation system for garden) but I wanted to call out the outstanding customer service as it is a large purchase and it matters. Not once but twice we had an accidentally broken part (probably our fault) and each time I raised it online, I got an immediate and friendly phone call to arrange the part to be shipped FOC, no fuss.

Easy to find the right tank required, easy to maneuver website with all relevant information present to allow you to compare tanks against others available on the market. Good communication from Graf regarding delivery and arranging delivery around my schedule. Helpful and friendly staff

Ergo Raised beds

We bought the ergo raised bed planters for my parents. They were badly let down by a landscape contractor so we needed something easy and quick to install but also something affordable and stylish. They tick both these boxes and more. They are both in there 70s and love gardening but bending down has become difficult, so the height of the beds gives them freedom to carry on enjoying one of their favourite past times.

The website was easy to navigate with lots of choices available. The service was excellent, ordered and delivered within 4 working days. Would definitely recommend.

As one of Graf Uk Kent, Sussex annd Sussex accredited installers and service providers we are really happy with all the products and services we get from Graf. Our site team carry out around 15-20 tanks a year. Every order is on time and correct with a great back up support from all the team when ever needed via phone or email. Could not recommend Graf products any more highly and look forward to installing and maintaining even more systems next year

I ordered a Top Tank expecting to wait a week or more for delivery and then need to unite the 2 halves and install tap. It arrived very quickly and was already assembled. Not yet connected to water supply because I haven’t completed the base yet!

Good customer service with a happy to help attitude. It was nice that my small scale enquiry was treated no differently to larger contracts and the Lady who was on the phone was quick to respond and help with my query.
