I ordered a rain jacket. It has no lining and is made of cheap satin. Not as pictured at all. I'm seeking a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Really poor quality jacket wish I’d read up on them first not happy .

same as other reviews jacket sent is not what was in the picture, cheap quality pockets that only have one part of the popper so can't secure them, threads hanging off and only offered a 3 dollar refund

O boy, I wish that I saw this site before I ordered a jacket here. The only thing the jacket online and the jacket in my home have in common, is the color yellow (and not even the same!!), that there is a zipper, some pockets and that there is a hoody.
I can get a refund of 3, 5 of 10$, but returning the jacket and getting a complete refund is not an option. I’m trying to get a refund by paypal.
It’s a scam, don’t give them anymore money.

The jacket was nothing like the picture. Poor quality, very tight and waiting for information to return it. I will never order from them again.

Terrible!!! Same experience as many others. I ordered a jacket. When it finally arrived it’s nothing like the picture. Poor quality. So cheap and badly made. Threads hanging from seams etc. When I contacted to arrange return, they kept stalling me saying they would refund me $3 and I could keep jacket. I paid $40! So I refused. 7 emails later they offered $10 as a refund!! They have given me a return address in China but tbh I don’t even trust they will acknowledge that I have returned it and refund me. I’ve started a refund with PayPal. Oh yeh, they have also blocked me from adding comments to their fb page too!!!

I have given 1 star only because I can't give anything less. Do not buy anything from this company. Goods are nothing like advertised and extremely poor quality. They refuse to give refunds no matter how many times you request it. Please do not waste your hard earned cash on this absolute rubbish

DO NOT buy from this company. Goods are awful quality, photos on the site are fake, when you try to return goods they do not want to know. Blocked me from commenting on Facebook. I got 100% nylon coat which is meant to be 65% cotton. I’m a uk size 12 ordered L which is uk size 16 according to them and is far too small. I’ve put in a paypal claim against the company .

Wish you had posted this a few weeks ago, had very much the same experience DO NOT USE SELLS CRAP AND WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN ITEMS COMPLETE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

leave zero stars if i could, don,t get what you pay for jackets are not like they advertise on their website got a jacket nothing like their picture they show will not refund excuse after excuse with daft amounts when receive parcel says return address is southall had to go through paypal to get refund would only get if i returned back to china at my cost they would not cover return postage even though the product is nothing like they advertise on website
