I've had the same experience as everyone else, however when I pushed to return the item, the "boss" agreed to $10 refund - which I am taking as it is better than the $3 I was originally offered on a $39.90 jacket - which size M doesn't even fit my 12 yr old daughter! Do not use this site they are a complete scam

THE WORST! AVOID! Product quality is APPALLING, Not only did it arrive late but it arrived broken, I was then offered a mesmely $3 for a $38 coat. I hope everyone googles them first and reads the reviews to save them a lot of trouble and money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an XXL raincoat on FB. It took a month to arrive from China two sizes to small. I contacted customer service and asked for a return, a larger size or refund. The company doesn't offer refunds or returns, buyer beware. Many emails later I was offered a $3 refund, thought there was a 0 missing, nope. $3 and keep Mickey mouse sized coat. What a joke.

They say they take returns, but they'll wait a week to respond and then you'll have to ship it to China. Nowhere on their website do they list a return address. You have to email.

I have the same issue as others. The zipper does not work well, the jacket is small, and it is not waterproof. Not worth $44. I have asked for a refund. We will see what they offer me.

Awful cheap material and so small in size. I ordered a large and my sister who is tiny size 6 can't even fit into it. No compensation offered . Absolutely scam

They're now back selling on Facebook under different name

Yep same experience as other reviews. Bought with the knowledge that you can return and get a full refund. So I bought, it arrived and it was way too small, cheaply made and completely transparent. So I contact them to ask for return details and they offer me $2 dollars and I can keep it - no use to me whatsoever- several emails later they have upped the offer to $8. Facebook/Instagram need to monitor businesses like this, who are not giving all the details that allow shoppers the ability to make an informed choice.
Do not buy from them.

I ordered the long wind proof yellow raincoat. It is a piece of junk. It is short, not at all windproof, and is at least two sizes smaller than the size on the label. I doubt it’s waterproof.
I have been totally ripped off. It’s not even worth half of the sales price I paid for it.

One star is required in order to leave a review but they do not deserve it.The quality is zero and the sizing is ridiculous.The returns policy clearly states" do not return item to the manufacturer",but now I am being told to return to the factory in China OR I can keep the item which I have already told them is the wrong size.Refund has gone up from $2 to $5 which is a joke. am taking it further through Paypal.

La respuesta la misma que la comentada por aquí, una compensación de 5 $, pero el error no es mio. Cuando envían de China la referncia mal, saben que están engañando a la gente pero no les importa, ahí está su negocio. Calidad basura, precio carísimo, talla mal.
Correos con respuestas automáticas, pero yo exijo mi dinero. No es mi error. La calidad además no es la indicada, es plástico barato.

Very bad quality and NOT the size I ordered. I paid 44€ for a jacket and they offered me 3€ in refund for a jacket that I can not use. I told them this is not acceptable. Do Not buy anything from there! What you see is NOT what you get.

Not even one star! I can only sanction the other posts with regard to the poor quality garment and wrong sizing. I'm put off on line shopping more and more. Now I have to through the hassle of returning it!
To update my review. I have received the same reply as others here namely that I can keep their rubbish, ill-fitting garment and receive $3 in compensation! My on line shopping days are over. I shall notify my bank, the Office of Fair Trading and the Chinese Embassy.

This company sells very bad quality product. I would discourage everyone to buy from this seller!!
They based in China, therefore when you ask for a refund, they'll offer you a $3 refund (the coat cost $39.99 + $5 dollar shipping fee) and then they offer you can keep their incredibly bad quality product. It is outrageous! I don't want their bad quality product which is size XL, and it is about size Mm rather than XL, I'd like to have my money back with postage and minimum a free return option as - obviously online - I did not have a chance to try it on! And it is small. They also did not offer a size chart!

Sh.... oot why did I not read this earlier! Such a poor quality, it honestly is just cheap plastic, definitely not a rain jacket! I'll try to get a refund... DO NOT BUY THERE!!!!!!!!

I wish I had checked this review site before I bought a jacket. Complete rip off The item was nothing like it was described. I honestly have never seen anything of such poor quality and as a result I am in the process of requesting a refund via PayPal They should be shut down.

Why didn't I see these reviews before I ordered. Absolute rubbish quality, they are advertising coats from a picture and then when you receive it it's just awful. Cheap, satin plastic material with threads hanging off. I too have been offered a 1 dollor refund! I am fuming and will be taking it further.
