I bought a yellow raincoat and only wore it for a couple of days, and the whole sleeve split open and made a hole. I will never buy anything from this website, and I was very disappointed about it ripping. I sent them an email, and no response. Poor quality and a angry customer.

I ordered a coat back in October 2019 and still have not received it . Sent many emails and still no response at this point I would just like my money back will never do business with this company again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this company. Thankfully my bank investigated this company and I got my money back. Buyer beware. However I never ordered from this company to begin with. Be very careful. This is a scam.

This is the worst ever do not buy anything from this appalling site , I bought a jacket it was cheap plastic about 3 sizes too small sent I back to them they promised refund aft numerous emails offering me €3 then €5 then €9 which I refused !! Never got refund do not buy from these crooks

I bought a waterproof windproof parka from them, supposedly like the one in Faith. It was thin, non waterproof and not worth the price I paid. Trying to get anything back from them has been a non starter - offered me $8 back!! Am sending it back to returns address and hopefully Credit card company are sorting it out for me. Rubbish company. Wish I'd read these reviews first!!

I just ordered a bid fluffy Shearling blanket for $39.90 just before xmas. Yesterday received an ugly, cheap tshirt. I've emailed them but after reading the reviews I think I may have been scammed. Unfortunately I paid with a credit card so will have to review my account and call them. I tried to see if the company was from China before making the purchase due to having bad experiences with items from China through another website, WISH. Now I'm worried.

Ordered shearling thicken blanket and got an ugly freaking shirt. Thankfully I payed through PayPal and opened a dispute.

I bought the bedspreads gray and white..received gray one and isnt like the picture at all..so thin and threads coming out..I couldn't believe it..the picture showed a thick comfy bedspread ..I took it out of plastic thinking it was vacuum packed..nope it wasn't..what a RIP off

Bought a jacket from popcicistyle and attempted to contact them to return the jacket. It was a very poor quality and cheaply made. I never heard back. I attempted a second time and still nothing. My mistake for purchasing from an unpopular company.

Sent a jacket back in October for a full refund (it cost about £9). The jacket was $39.90 so not a little cheap one, thats why I sent it back. They answered my emails at the beginning and offered me a $9 refund. I refused and now they are not answering my emails. DO NOT buy from this site.

Had exactly the same experience after purchasing from Popcicistyle via FB. Raised a dispute which originally decided in their favour. But I challenged after returning the jacket via Royal Mail tracked. PayPal then decided in my favour and refunded. They are now trading as Lulusday.

This company is a sham, the coats doesn't even look as the picture. On the picture it shows quality material, but when you receive it, it's a piece of material and too small. I ordered an XL, and it fits like a medium. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. You have to pay them in order to return it, so it's just hanging on my coat rack.

Do not buy from this company also known as Gracenana, rubbish quality clothes and returns back to China. Luckily I paid via Paypal and raised a dispute which was resolved once I proved that I had sent the products back at my cost.

Exactly the same experience as others. Returned my poor quality package to China and they have gone quiet.

Like everyone else I should have read reviews before ordering.
I purchased a jacket for $45 and as it was very poor quality, 2 sizes too small and did not match the jacket advertised. I contacted them numerous times asking for return address and was offered $3 then 5 and finally 8. I told them repeatedly I would not keep jacket as it did not fit and poor quality, they finally provided an address in China. It cost me £10 to return and I e-mailed them my proof of return requesting refund $68. They said they would be unable to check their warehouse for this return and have now stopped communicating with me🤬😤.

Hold dere unna dette produktet. Jeg endte opp med å kaste jakken i søppelet. Etter mye fram og tilbake fikk jeg beskjed om å sende varen tilbake til Kina for å få pengene tilbake. Det koster meg 400 nok å sende tilbake så da sitter jeg igjen med O, hvis jeg da hadde fått igjen pengene. Svindel å bedrag styr unna .

I am so disappointed with this company they are selling products which are not fit for purpose . They are not waterproof, they are thin and badly made , size is completely wrong , arms too short.
I asked for a refund $8 offered I paid £32 this is £6.50 refund . They said they have no office in Europe only dealing with China direct . This is not good enough . They asked me to keep
Coat I said no Thankyou . They used a photo of a actress with the coat on from the series keeping faith this can’t be legal to use a face of a actress to make people buy a product . I am going to trading standards to complain . Do not buy from this company they also have another name popcicistyle . BEWARE !!!!

I ordered 2 jackets from this online vendor in XL. When I got them, they did not fit. I searched for an email/contact number to get them returned. I was asked to take a photo of the item to "prove" it did not fit. I refused to take a photo of myself in this ill fitting garment. I have not heard back from them since. I asked for a REFUND and an immediate return to said items in the original packaging. I will NEVER order from this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. The items did not look like what was featured in the preview and are cheaply made. NOT WORTH the $86 I spent. I will report to the BBB / Consumer groups if I cannot get this resolved with the week. TOTALLY FED UP WITH THIS BS!!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! The clothes I received were so bad quality, the rain jacket transparent and full of threads sticking out. The sizes were completely wrong, short hands and too big body. I had to send multiple e-mails before they agreed for giving me back my money after returning the items. I had to pay 35e extra for returning the items back to China. Now it has been almost a month after returning them, and I have not get my money back. So I lost my money in the purchase and additionally in the returning. The worst customer support ever!
