Grace Removals Group - Perth Recenzje

Was a great experience with the team from grace removals, they were fast, polite and was very easy.
I would definitely recommend moving with Grace.

The Grace staff who was involved with my shipment are very helpful and honest.

Personally we had a stressful experience with Grace. Our movers arrived mid-day as they had a delivery before us. Grace lacked communication. Our move was an all day move, and we still spent driving at least 40min to the new address.
We’d like to commend the 3 gentleman doing the move, Azad Dankher, Lovepreet Singh and Ritwick as they were very professional, polite, hard working and went above and beyond to finish the job. A very long day that ended at 7PM.

Our move from Toodyay, WA, to Sunbury, Victoria was smooth, professional and 'personally friendly' from our first contact with Jennay at Grace, Forrestfield, WA. Thanks Jennay for setting up and steering us through what was as pleasant a process as moving home could be.
From the remotely monitored video walk though our house to ascertain what was to form the quote, to the delivery of and agreement to the very reasonable quote, then on to the scheduled careful and skilful packing of our household effects, the cheerful and efficient team doing the on - time uplift, the process was seamless and flawless. Then such was the communication between WA and Victoria that
we received personal and timely advice updates regarding delivery details to our new address, and Bobby and Matt duly arrived on date, on time unloading, locating and, where necessary, reconstructing some items that had been carefully disassembled for transport.
Damage was limited to a few minor scuff marks I believe to be unavoidable on such an undertaking.
When Bobby and Matt had finished the final aspect of the move, apart from one bedroom filled with boxes, our house looked fairly much like a home.
We couldn't be more satisfied with our move with Grace and we commend them without reservation.
Thank you, the team at Grace WA and Victoria.
John and Jennifer White.

The whole experience was easy and enjoyable from the first contact to pick up, top marks to drivers Chase & Jordan for amazing performance very friendly and professional and credit to yourselves and Grace.
Cheers Murray and Kelly.

Melinda Crotty my Moving Consultant was wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble. I really appreciated how professional and kind she was throughout the whole process. Honestly, Melinda is such an asset to your team, she made a stressful time feel so much easier, and I’m really grateful for that.
Grace's packing and moving charges were also considerably cheaper than those of other large, well-known companies, which made the whole experience even better.
The removalists who packed my items did so with great care, and everything arrived safely to SA.

The removal men where amazing… They made sure they did all they could to accommodate my extra additional items (due to a misunderstanding) and kept me calm!
Very grateful for such a wonderful service!

Great and efficient service. Helpful removalists who were willing to accommodate our needs.

Nick and Happy were awesome!
Unloaded a 20ft container in 2hrs, handled our furniture with care and respect and placed everything exactly where it needed to go, thanks fellas! Truely a great job, thank you, Wayne & Stacey.

Fast efficient service. Nick, Atul, Jimmy, Warren and crew were awesome for our uplift. Communication was brilliant. Our uplift was faultless. What is usually a stressful time was a breeze with Grace removals.

Amazing job! Who knew a small house could have so much stuff! The lads from Grace led by Atul were amazing and treated our gear with great care. Thank you.

The team in Adelaide as well as in Perth, Nick and Anky, were very efficient and thoughtful, placed the cardboard boxes so that I can read what’s in. I would definately move with Grace on my next move and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from before, during, and after the move. Have used them for both interstate and local moves. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Thank you to Nick, Andy, and Ankush for making our move so smooth and efficient. Appreciated. Alexandre and Fernanda

I found Kellie Nairn and Chelsea Smith at Grace Removals ( Shipping) extremely helpful as I went through the process of helping a friend ship 16 boxes of personal items from a National Storage unit on Pier St in Perth to her new home in Phuket, Thailand. This morning driver Chase and his strong assistant, rugby league player Yuen, completed the pickup with efficient paperwork, numbering the boxes before getting me to sign off. It has been a big job and from the moment last Friday when I used the online chat service to the pickup today I felt supported and able to speak a number of times to both Kellie and Chelsea, sometimes by text and others by phone. Kellie got back to me on Monday as arranged on the chat line. Then we got down to business. Yesterday I needed to query some details of how to complete the shipping form and thanks to Chelsea, that ended with peace of mind. Grace will put the boxes in a crate that then goes in a container so my friend will again have her family photos, books, personal mementos, paintings and music CDs she’s been missing. They will be delivered to her address. No price on peace of mind! Kop khun MAH krup… thank you VERY much in Thai. Staff were great, Jess in particular who was our initial contact.
Antique furniture from WA to SA without a mishap.
Great job.

The boys from both Kewdale and Bunbury were very efficient and thoughtful and asked questions and placed my furniture were required. The were very easy to work with and I appreciated their efficiency. I would definately move with Grace on my next move and would highly recommend them.

Timely, professional - helpful

Go with Grace. - they are the best

The first point of contact is really important to me. And the young lady on reception was excellent. Then I was transferred to Kelly who was so helpful and professional, and put me at esse right away. Thank you
