Never again! If I could give a zero I would. They lost 1/4 of pur goods and what did arrive was in very poor condition, mouldy, dirty, poorly packed, broken or damaged, and randomly packed. How is it possible to pack the cork top of a ceramic jar but the jar is nowhere to be found. The carelessness is just astounding. Avoid this company at all costs.

The guys who moved us were fantastic. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition. The three young men are a credit to Grace Removals.

The customer service from Luca who came onsite to determine our needs was fantastic and his team who did the heavy lifting on the day were very professional, and helpful. I could see they worked well together to coordinate how to move one particular item which was more difficult. Everything ran very smoothly. Would highly recommend Luca and his team.

Luca came out promptly and was very professional and thorough when it came to providing a quote. I had several removalists come to the office to quote but none could or would do all the things I needed them to do for this move.
The removalist team itself was friendly, careful and very hard working.

The communication was really good. The guys were awesome and carefully wrapped all our furniture prior to loading it into the truck. They were fully prepared for every possible scenario and made the move very easy and stress free. A couple of damaged items were compensated for quickly.

The team worked on an extremely tight deadline with changing scope but managed to complete the whole project without any delays.

I’ve made three intercontinental moves. Grace was the best! I moved from Washington DC to Sydney. Grace cleared customs, stored everything for a four-room house, and delivered all our items (including unpacking and assembling) to our new residence in Sydney. It was professionally executed and the 'boys'wrapped the furniture well and securely. My sister ( in Townsville where the furniture was sent to) assured me that those who delivered the goods, were polite and assisted her with positioning the furniture where she wanted. She was pleased.

I had a complicated multi site interstate move. Grace were professional, half the price of another quote i got, and on time at all four sites. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Luca and his team did a great job for us at ANU. Our job was a fairly complex project and Grace managed it with diligence and professionalism. Communication and planning were excellent. They were very flexible with our multiple change of plans. Will definitely reach out to Grace again for our next job.

Overall I found the company to be very good. Having used them several times before during RAAF removals, I knew they had a good reputation. Uplift was good except they arrived at 6.20AM!! when I was first told 11am and then the day before told 7.30AM !!
A few things they packed (I had packed most of the items myself so their packing was minimal). could have been done a bit better (heavy things on top of wine glasses -glasses put in bottom of carton), but luckily they survived the trip. Overall the uplift was very good. Delivery was excellent. Communication beforehand was good and they arrived on time. The 'group' were full of fun and laughter, so obviously enjoying their job!! Things were put exactly where I had asked and nothing was too much trouble to move. Would certainly use Grace Bros again and recommend to friends and family
