I purchased a past scrapbooking box and when I received it, several of the items were substituted with items that do not fit in the theme. I purchased the box mainly for the dragonfly die cuts, and that was one of the items that was substituted. Such a bummer. I reached out to their service email and heard nothing. I then reached out on the “Contact Us” form on the website and still didn’t hear anything. I like the items that I got that were supposed to be in the box, but I’m so disappointed in the items that were substituted and with the lack of communication.

Grabie sent me high quality products to use in my art, junk and scrapbook journals. They sent me a wonderful variety of products that it will be a while before I need to order anything again.

Item delivered to a state hundreds of miles from me, no apologies, just rude responses and refused to refund. Immediately generated a phony tracking number that, to date, has never shown any movement for my so-called replacement item. They opted to defraud rather than deliver. Had to force PayPal to intervene and refund.

Buyers beware. I ordered an item and when it processed through my account it showed they took an extra 14 dollars more then what the receipt for the item was. When I contacted customer service they refused to fix this mistake. I had to turn them in to my bank as a fraud charge! Watch your account when ordering as it seems they like to overcharge and steal money.

I placed my order 12 days ago, money was drafted from my account almost immediately. According to the USPS tracking number provided my order has been sitting in Jamaica, NY and has not moved. I find this unacceptable and doubt I will ever order from Grabie again.

They were so much smaller than the picture not really like in the picture

Never received item: This order was sent to the wrong place and costumer service was very poor. They expected for me to chase down the item to an unknown address at least 45 minute ride away. Very poor service

I can't review the products I ordered because I have not received them yet. I did email Grabie and received a response that because my item wasn't in stock at their warehouse they were shipping it from their factory in SHANGHI! First, I was disappointed that these items were coming from China. Had I know that upfront I wouldn't have ordered. Second, I have no idea when my order will be arriving. I did get an email that I could track but when I tried to track it said my order would be delivered on April 4 or 5th, 2022. It's now 2023! Also, I don't like putting in my personal information to track from China. I have no idea who is getting that information. Had I know there would be a long shipping time I wouldn't have ordered either. I responded to the company my concerns regarding this and have not received a response. As of now, I have no idea when I'll get my order and had I been given information upfront I would have ordered from some other place. I don't think their business practices are upfront with customers. I'm pretty disappointed because I would have ordered from them again had this gone smoother because they have some nice products but definitely not worth the long shipping time. Too late to cancel and I can't imagine the headache a return would be.

The entire set came beautifully packed. There are such fine quality miniature brushes bundled with the set of paints. Being a watercolor artist, I have been very picky about the good pigments and I must say I am super impressed with this watercolor paint set. The colors are rich in pigments and have such a creamy texture. I will highly recommend this to anyone planning to invest in foot watercolors and also looking for so many shades in the same palette.
Congratulations to Grabie for creating such a wonderful product.

Ordered a water color set several days ago, was charged $15 for shipping and as far as I know my order has not been shipped! I have not received any contact from the company regarding my order, not even a confirmation. I suppose the fact that the money was swiped out of my account at the second placed my order is the only confirmation I'm getting. No contact number so I sent 2 emails and have not received any response whatsoever 0 customer service, the funny part is this package is supposed to be sent to Oregeon, not to far from San Francisco.

Just one more e-commerce platform reselling my designs in direct contravention of my terms of use and without my consent or a commercial use license! There are hundreds of these resellers using drop shipping from China to their customers and for some reason they are targeting my Etsy shop and stealing me blind! Sadly the people who are buying from these shops do not know they are buying stolen property and also infringing on my copyright.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I just received a bunch of stickers. Not the beautiful container that they show in the ad.

I think these are some of the most beautiful stickers I have ever had..my problem with them is trying to get the sticker off of the back..I have used every device I can think of and end up losing half of the sticker whjich is very frustrating since I make over 200 cards per year. Any suggestions to make it easier to use would be of greaat help

I was very happy with items ordered. Next time I'll order the larger quantity of colored pencils for more variety of colors.
I'm very happy with everything.

The scrapbooking items I received were great. Actually much better than I anticipated! Very nicely and safely packed and shipped. Will absolutely order again
