I ordered the miniature brushes with the wooden handles. I have MS and have a very hard time holding brushes, even with grips, so my painting has been very limited. Well not anymore! I have a comfortable and confident grip that allows me to paint as long as I want. So happy I found these on Gabie. A pleasure to do business with.

Too many stickers. Don't get me wrong, I do like the stickers there were too many of them this month. I would like to see other than stickers and papers. How about stamps, ribbons, fabric scraps, ink pads, metallic pens, die cuts. Acessories to use for scrapbooking.

Ordered scrapbook box on 3/25/24. No shipping email but they took money and it’s been over 2 weeks. No response to my request for info . My first and last time ordering sadly and I had high hopes—

Update 4/15/2024– never got shipping tracking notice however I got the April box today . The box itself is fantastic well worth it but customer service and email responses leave a lot to be desired. Plus NEVER got any tracking or shipping notice and it definitely did not ship in the timeframe I had been lead to believe based on order confirmation email . They never responded to numerous emails or posts thru their Facebook page which was also frustrating . A 800 number would go along way to help users.

First time ordering from them. I ordered the March and April one. Tracking said March's would be delivered March 23rd. Didn't receive it but gave it a couple of days. It was in my state but never moved until the 25th when it than moved to a totally different state. Contacted them, with a response saying it can take up to 20 days to receive it. Today I checked and USPS flagged it having counterfeit postage and I would not be receiving the package. What is up with this!?!?

I love the Grabie boxes. I look forward to them every month and would recommend them to everyone I know !!! The items found in the box are quality and so varied they make my scrapbooking and cardmaking fun !! Thank you so much for the boxes.

I would give them negative stars if I could. For my first order, I ordered two past kits and one scrapbook kit subscription. One of the past kits did not arrive. So I contacted them and that where the horror began. They insisted that the order was delivered. They did not want to accept that only part of the order was delivered. It’s been one week and I am still attempting to get them to send what I paid for. I will not be ordering anything else and cancelling both subscriptions. It’s not worth the hassle. It’s too bad because their boxes are really good. However their customer service is horrible.

I enjoyed opening each box during December. Most of the gifts are very practical and useful like the mini sketchbooks, tape runner, watercolor pallets, brushes and pens. Other items will take a while to figure out. For the most part I have really enjoyed it and will most likely order one next year.

Hi everyone, I love your coffee papers. They are beautiful and it is nice to work with it. Durable paper with different pictures or in coffee colours only. I really love it.

I love their products. All good quality. Bought the October scrapbookibg box, super cute. Bought some of the watercolor pens which write quite nicely. The month, week and alphabet stamps are quite useful. Their brushes are quite nice, good thin tips and the ergonomic triangle brushes make it easy to control. Stickers and papers are all excellent quality compared to other sites.
A note, it does take a while to receive. My orders took 4-5 weeks. Have patience,, it is worth the wait.

It’s so expensive and glitchy it says $3.99 at one point then it says $50 sort your website out and why pay so much for such poor quality supplies it’s outrageous

Ordered and received a nice advent calendar, as well as a mysterybox and some paints. Shipping time was clear before ordering. They send you a text when the package is shipped and after that it took about a week.

The products are, in my opinion, above average in quality compared to the price. I've seen several reviews stating that the products can be found on Ali or Temu and that Grabie just buys these and triples the price, but I don't agree with that. The pigmentation in the paints is way higher than your standard dollar store products, the quality of the brushes definitely exceeds my expectations and the 100% cotton paper is perfectly fine for everyday use.

Although I still recommend trying to find your supplies closer to home (especially with small businesses) I do recommend Grabie for your lower budget choices.

Always received safely...good quality papers used in kits...beautiful stickers...lovely packaging for each item...

I put in a big order over a month ago and haven’t received most of my packages. Customer service has been very unhelpful, the shipping tracking links they shared show no movement in the past 3 weeks and the company is not responding to my emails in a timely and useful manner. This will be first and last order I’ll have with them and if I don’t receive my packages soon, I will have to talk to my bank to get my money back as their customer service team is very unresponsive.

Update as of November 26: I ended up receiving the packages after all - so I am updating my review to 3 stars. I wish the company has done a better job communicating shipping expectations. Love the products, it took over a month for me to receive them with little to no clear and useful communication.

I love grabie!!!! The amount of attention they put into there product line is amaxing. Well thought out. And the materials they use to produce there products are of very high quality .

Super disappointed in this company; it feels they are deliberately misleading people to get purchases.

I ordered the scrapbook box in September based on the fact they were heavily advertising the October box. These were new, daily ads I was getting. Turns out, they were advertising that box without having any intention of sending it- the "get the spooky box" ad was to get orders while they had every intention of sending the November box instead.

I contacted the company about the cheap quality pens in the box not working and they refused to address the issue. They did say I could purchase other boxes from their store, though.

I would give this company a 0 if that was allowed. Terrible service, no communication at all. I have sent two emails and nonresponse. I purchased a kit on 10/4, it is now 10/19 and according to the tracking #, its still at a shipping facility in Los Angeles. Never, Never going go purchase from this company again. I am contacting my bank to inquire about a stop payment or refund. TERRIBLE!!

I ordered a past pack as well as an art club subscription that both have not arrived despite and giving Grabie enough time to charge me for a SECOND art club box when I haven’t even received the first box I tried contacting service thru email 3 times they have not responded and I even got a error message the first few time I have now canceled my subscription.

Super disappointed with this company. My order still hasn’t shipped and I haven’t gotten an answer from their customer service team. It takes a long time for their customer service to respond, if they do at all. I ordered a box a while ago and still nothing. Their website also has contradicting info. They still charge you for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping, they don’t ship out boxes on time even though the website says they will be shipped by a certain date, and they advertise themed boxes with content that doesn’t fall within the theme. Had high hopes but won’t be purchasing from them again.
