These pens are some of the best Glitter Gel pens I've every bought. The colours are vibrant and the amount of ink is more than any other pens I've seen out there. So why the 3*? That comes from Grabie's customer service & boarding on shady business practices. These pens were listed twice on the website under different descriptions, one stating they are iridescent the other not. Making you believe there 2 versions of the pens. Which would have been great. But that's not the case they are identical, the same set of pens listed twice. When I contacted customer service to let them know I'd received 2 packs of the iridescent pens, not what I believed I'd ordered, 1 iridescent & 1 not. Their answer was that they had the same item number. The only place I actually could find an item number was on the confirmation email but that was only after they told me it was there. Who actual looks for item numbers. Shoppers look at images and descriptions, not numbers. Which I'm sure they are taking advantage of. So beware.

This is the BEST subscription out there! The variety, the quality, the beauty and the amount of goodies you get are amazing! Plenty of papers, stickers, washi tape, tools and other items for unlimited ideas. I get the Scrapbooking Subscription and I look forward to it each month. Item came in a timely manner and the product is awesome. Much more ink in these pens than the usual pens I order. Colors are very glitter-vibrant.

The colors are vivid and mix really well. The watercolor book took a lot of water without buckling, nice thick paper. I am really pleased with the paintings I completed.
I do wish there was a reference picture to go by, as some outlines are tough to figure out.
Can't wait for the next quarterly box!

These acrylic paint markers are so easy to use. They work wonderfully on plaster figures to paint,coloring books,sketch papers,rocks and so forth! The colors are beautiful and the glitter is so pretty too! In my experience and opinion Grabbie makes the best markers and pens.

I absolutely love these gel pens!!! The glitter is a total bonus! They make you want to write and color and doodle all day long!

TBH It took so long to get to me I emailed about it, and got a canned response that did not help.
By the time I got it, I don't know why I ordered it. It certainly wasn't a deal.

I love this Gracie set of paints. The colors are awesome and the paint flows beautifully. Why pay more when the Gracie set of paints work great!

I LOVE the regular fine point acrylic pens but have found the glitters sometimes dried up. I sent many of both as gifts and have not yet asked if any others have found that with glitters. I am a retired Art teacher who still has a weekly Art group with old colleagues. Will see what they say. Hopefully my experience was a one off!!

The box was packed with goodies that felt high end and luxurious. I was really pleased by how much came in the box and felt like it was worth the price I paid! The aesthetic felt luxurious and classy.

I waited close to a month for my order over the holidays. Once they finally came I was very satisfied.

The shipping process was a little confusing, but I did receive the markers within the timeline of 7-20 days.

The markers are very high quality. I will buy more of these markers in the future, but might buy from Amazon or an art store instead of directly from the manufacturer.

Everything worked out in the end and I am happy I purchased the set of dual tip acrylic markers. Now to finish coloring in the color chart. :)

Product finally arrived and is very nice.

I placed an ordered on Dec. 8 (4 weeks ago) and still have not received my order. I have emailed them about this and still have not heard from them.

It has been almost a month since I placed an order and have yet to receive it. Customer service doesn’t help with the issue other than giving you tracking information. Item says shipped but is still in Illinois where it started??

I am disappointed with my experience with ordering from Grabie. I ordered some items in early December. I was notified of shipping a couple of days later: However, I still have not received my items (it has been ~4 weeks). The USPS tracking has been alternating between "arrived at shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item" and "departed shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item" for the past month. The location listed with these "updates" has not changed. I tried to get in touch with customer service to make sure everything was okay with my order, but I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I've tried to contact customer service about 6 times over the past two weeks, and I haven't been able to locate any additional contact information. I was starting to become concerned about it being a potential scam and was looking into filing a dispute through Paypal. However, per the recent reviews on this site, it appears I am not the only one with this issue. I am glad I'm not the only one and do feel less concerned about Grabie being a scam, but because of my poor experience and seeing that others have this problem too, I do not recommend ordering from this company. Not because of the long shipping time, but because of the lack of response from customer service and the inability to convey concerns or have them addressed.

While I like their paint their website shipping time is insanely long with no true tracking. My bf ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas for me and it's been over 20 days, no updates, no responses to emails, no info. I wouldn't care about the timeframe if they were true to the customer and actually communicated a realistic delivery. I'm trying to be patient with them since I know it's coming from overseas but I've gotten items from Korean and Japan in a week or less so I genuinely don't know their excuse.

Edit/update: still do not have my items. It's been almost a month now since ordering. They use some sort of crappy technique when putting in shipping where it sits in limbo with a US tracking number while the overseas shipping happens. No idea why it's taking so long and their response isn't good either. This will be my last order from them, I'll swap to another brand after this nightmare.
