The website was very user friendly with great descriptions of the products. Prices were extremely reasonable in comparison to similar products from other vendors. My items shipped out the same day I purchased them (Thursday) and arrived Monday morning. The quick delivery was through standard shipping and didn’t require an outrageous “expedited shipping” charge. Overall, I’m very pleased with the company and their products.

The web sit was easy to shop and sort to find what we wanted. The shipping was very quick and the quality of the grab bars was impressive.

My experience was great because I spoke to a person, Jackie, who knew her business and was very straightforward regarding the product and availability and all of the things a potential buyer would want to know. I very much enjoyed speaking with her and found that I could completely trust what she was telling me. The evidence for that was when I received the products, the bars, they were even better than she had described. It was joyful!

I had a handy man business for 18yrs after I retired early from my real job, and I have mounted all kinds of grab bars, towel bars, toilet paper holders, etc. My only complaint is it would make it a whole lot easier if you included a mounting template as the escutcheon is larger than the mounting bracket(obviously) and a little awkward to hold and try to drill and screw straight on. I ended up removing the mounting brackets from the bar and mounting them and thenreattaching the bar back on...

Communication regarding my order was answered quickly and my mistake was quickly corrected. Shipping was fast and the wavy grab bar looks more decorative than utilitarian. I will definitely buy from grabbars.com again.

My grandmother ordered two grab bars, one was not needed so she paid to have it shipped back, still in it's original packaging and they claimed they would not honor the refund because there was a scratch on it. I find that hard to believe as we never opened the package and if it was scratched, it was due to their poor packaging, if it comes scratched can we take our money back? I'd think not, for the cost you would expect decent customer service, but it's absolutely lacking and pretty pathetic a company will whine and cry about a small amount that affects an elderly person much more.

Wish I had read reviews thoroughly before ordering. Description of the product I ordered stated 24” span. This is deceptive as I needed the 24” span and assumed the wavy extension of the bar wld be past my wall mounts. Not so. Wall mounts were inset & did not cover existing holes. I was willing to exchange & order a different model, but by the time return shipping charges, new shipping charges & restocking fee calculated I was out $42 + the cost of the new fixture. I have zero expectations that this company would not find something else to charge for once the return was received. I will attempt to sell or gift to someone else. Their return policy is the WORST of any online retailer I have done business with

Suggestions: to IMPROVE customer service - waive restocking fee & shipping costs when ordering a replacement for a product that did not meet product description.

The website site was user friendly, ordering convenient and communication from the company regarding delivery was excellent. My grab bars arrived as scheduled. They have yet to be installed. So far, a 5 star experience

Great service & beautiful well-made product!

Although a new GrabBar customer, I’m totally on board with this company and with the products I ordered. Lightening speed on delivery was the first plus. The bars ordered are substantial in look & feel. The peened areas help make the grip secure to the touch. Installation was traditional. Hardware was included. Yup, a very positive customer experience!!

Make sure you really want the grab bar you order because their return policy sucks. Not only do they charge a 20% restocking fee they also deduct their original shipping charges, along with the fact that you have to pay to ship it back. It was not as decorative as I thought it would be and looked way to commercial for my new bathroom. With all their other return criteria, I will be lucky to get any of my money reimbursed. I am sure they will find something else to charge me with, even though I never took the grab bar out of the plastic it came in.

Exactly what I needed. I ordered three and after installing them was so pleased that I ordered two more for another bathtub. Extremely satisfied.
