It was great to be able to speak to a real person and who was very knowledgeable with their products. Donna was very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. Also great that they could ship so quickly. The grab bars were a very good quality. The end mounting flanges were welded and made it great for a secure mounting. The installation was easy. I would recommend this company and products to anyone who needs a grab bars. They have just the right size.

Love the fast shipping...don't agree with the restocking fee!!
Love the fast shipping...I have ordered 3 different times with this company. Bought a wall mounted teak shower seat, and 8 grab bars. I wanted to return a grab bar ( shorter length) and purchase a longer one, but I have encountered a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay the shipping to return the bar. I was not happy with the restocking fee especially since I would be buying another longer grab bar. I have decided to keep the shorter one and donate it. I just don't agree with nickeling and dimeing a customer especially since I purchased another more expensive bar. This is theconly negative I have with this comoany. Everything else has been positive. I will mention that the agent I spoke with on the phone did get a reduction of the restocking fee from 20% to 10%. But I still don't like this policy.
I selected the wave design grab bars and they are beautiful!!@

Meh, it was ok
The website was trying to charge me $300+ to deliver 4 36" grab bars, so I had to call in to place my order. Not the most convenient process. Otherwise, the transaction was fine.

Customer Service leaves alot to be desired
I agree with the the previous one-star rating. Ordered some grab bars with one in the wrong size. Make sure you know exactly how many you need and style you want. If you dont, thats when the money grab starts with a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees. They'll tell you that each damaged bar can be returned for $10 each. What a joke. Next time i will take my business elsewhere, and I wont be promoting your product to anyone I know.

First, I would like to clarify any misunderstanding regarding our return policy, which is available under the "Quick Links" section at the bottom of every page on our website.
Our return policy states:
GrabBars.com charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where GrabBars.com shipped the incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the incorrect item was received.
Secondly, as explained in the email previously sent by our Customer Service team, the item you returned was received with damage caused by the loose package of screws inside the box. At that time, we provided photographs documenting the damage for your review.
Unfortunately, this type of damage is very common when hardware is not securely packaged during a return shipment. Because of this, our Return Instructions email includes a highlighted notice specifically advising generous packing material to protect the returning items from damage while in transit.
Although the product is not eligible for a refund due to the damage it sustained during return shipping, we are happy to ship the original item back to you for a flat shipping fee of $10.00 should you wish to keep it.
We understand that returns can be frustrating, and we strive to be as transparent as possible regarding our policies and packaging requirements. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Great company and product
I found GrabBars.com through searching for brass grabs and found what I needed easily. Called (very friendly folks!) to verify the mounting and easily placed my order on line. Grab bar is installed and looks great. 2 points I’d like to make. 1. I had to go 36” as there is not a 32” in brass which would have been easier to install stud to stud. 2. A little larger slotted hole would make it easier to use the 1/4 x 20 that come with SnapTogglers. Overall Avery good experience.

Very Happy Customer!
I was very happy with the service and grab bar I purchased from Grab Bars. They spent as much time as I needed to figure out which grab bar would be best for me. They answered all my many questions. They also helped me figure out how I was going to install it. The bar I wanted did not line up with studs on both ends. They were very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them for whatever you need!
